I went in to have my Brakes changed and an alignment as I didn't like how my steering wheel sits to the left a little. (Which by the way the steering wheel STILL sits to the left a little, but, I am happy that they were able to get the ABS light off the dashboard, and they corrected the alignment in the computer of the car so now the computer in the car states the tires are straight. Except the steering wheel is not straight. However, the whole reason I went in to begin with, was to have the breaks changed as they were squeaking when I went in on a Saturday. Unfortunately 2 days later I heard a horrible screeching sound and immediately asked myself why are my brakes still screeching. When I called and asked why, turns out they didn't change the brakes. They only charged me for the diagnostic alignment and didn't bother with the brakes. In ending, it was nice they could remove a light off the dashboard relating to the brakes, but you forgot about the service that I went there for to begin with, and now I am out 160.00 for a diagnostic alignment even though the steering wheel still isn't straight. I may be a female, and not know much about cars, but I know that if your customer asks you to change the breaks, you should change the brakes.

Well run shop. They have been servicing our 13 year old car for 2 years now. Any work that has been suggested was needed and completed in a fast and efficient process. From oil changes to major repairs, this is the only shop our family trusts. Thanks Bill you have a great staff.

I have to say that I am very disappointed. As of recently the Customer Service has declined immensely to the point where the Manager, William, and Employee, Michael, argue with the customer. I had been going to this business for service on my vehicle for years and the previous employees were honest, respectful and professional. Definitely not the case with these two. I will no longer provide business at this location.

I submitted a positive review in the spring. Things change. Appointment at 9 am for new disc brakes....2 empty bays. Truck not taken into bay and on lift until 945. Local and regional managers were there im told...and ? So? Past garage in ca for oil change said rear brakes needed replacement. ( because of prior positive experience i decided to take truck to brake masters. ) Brake masters said no, front were worse. OK. Paperwork completed. Tech will take a look and come back with quote. Brake analysis submitted at 10: 35 to front desk for sign off. Price was astronomical for new front brakes and assorted hardware. I declined installation. My truck finally exits bay at 10: 50. 2 hours after a scheduled appointment for a look see. Wha? Bah humbug. I got a reference while at Karinas later in the morning. BOOM. done. Quick, reasonable, complete. Happy.

I use to be a loyal customer of this location, but not anymore. I asked you guys to refill my car with window shield fluid. Instead you guys filled it with water as it left many water spots on my car! You guys are horrible! You took full advantage of me. I will never trust brake masters again! Customers need to weary of trusting their vehicles with this company.

Brake Masters fixed me up, went in for a front end alignment, come to find out had 1 bad controller arm and the other going bad and needed new bushings. They were able to get it all done same day. Kudos to William who was very professional and helped me out tremendously. The staff that I interacted with were all very kind and accommodating. The car drives like a dream now. Thank you Brake Masters!

Had them do alignment and install strut's that I bought $900 dollars and didn't install anything said Thay didn't fit waited three days to tell me the strut s didn't fit and dented my hood .so I had an alignment done that cost me $900 .I'm in shock.

I had a appointment at 10:00 a.m. they seen me right away and were extremely professional. If I have any car care needs in the future I would go back to them. I would recommend them to anybody needing vehicle services.

The people at Brake Masters are awesome. Checked my brakes on my Corvette and said that they were great.Brake Masters adjusted the e brake which isn't easy on this car.Two hours work and only 70 dollars. Very fare considering most places charge at least 100 dollars per hour.

I had an appointment with brake master's and they got me right in and checked out the under carriage of my vehicle and found the noise problem right away. ordered the parts and had it fixed within a few hours Thank you Brake Masters. Not to mention the staff was very friendly and honest. I would highly reccomend using Brake Masters.

Went in for an AC check to make sure that it wasn’t more than a recharge of the Freon in the car since my AC. Wasn’t made aware that Freon levels needed to be high enough to complete said test. Anyways wasn’t able to afford the $300 to recharge and wasn’t told until mid-test after they used up the rest of the Freon during the test and made us drive home with no AC. The service wasn’t under my public name here, but this is unacceptable especially this time of year.

My question is why has brake Masters and the owner of it been allowed for so long to operate with a business license by the better Business bureau and the Arizona attorney general's office when it is pretty clear that they are operating in a malicious intentful practice of defrauding customers

The best place ever Parker and the staff did a great job helping us out to get brakes put on r fifth wheel trailer so we could go on r way. Was not too pleased with there service, i Can literally write a book about The way everything was handled. I took my car in there and explained to them what it was doing and that once you clear the code the car will start so long story short I paid over $1300 for them to change out my field pump and my can shop sensor and supposedly cleaned out my gas tank and did something else I'm not sureBut they gave my car back to me the exact same way I gave it to them if not worse now my car leaks oil like crazy and smokes like crazy and on top of that Bill the so called Manager declined service to me after all that.👎👎👎👎
