Scammers, pushy, and general scum salesmen tactics. Brought a vehicle I knew was perfect and had 3 other mechanic shops look at it tell me its perfect. Somehow when I bring it here suddenly I need brakes, brake fluid exchange, and an oil change. Even after me telling the people in the front office NO, they seem to think its ok to ask if I want to do the work over and over and over again. Wont ever recommend anyone to go here or to the brand in general. Wish I could give this company a 0/5 star.

We bring all three of our cars, one of them a BMW, to them for everything. They do a great job and can fix just about anything! If they can’t fix it, they are clear about the problem, making it easy to move forward with accurate information on the problem

So I just had my first experience at brake Masters at 51st and Ray in Ahwatukee. When I first walked in, I was happy to see how clean the place was and, John at the front desk was very professional and very nice. I got an oil change new windshield wipers and a filter for my engine and they did an excellent job on that. I’m extremely happy with the service there at brake Masters and I will definitely go back there for any work. Thanks, Patti C

I had my front brakes and rotors replaced on my BMW in November because of squeaking noises. Got my car back and now every time I come to a slow stop my breaks squeak. Took my car back to Break Masters and was told that I need to do panic stops going forward and backwards really fast and if that doesn't help I could turn up my radio. I spent over 650.00 $. I was also told that I could go and buy new brake pads from BMW and that they would install them for free! I would not recommend taking your vehicle here for a new break service. Part 2 Huge shout out to McKenzie and his team on correcting my break issue!! Thank you again for resolving my squeaking breaks!

My first time going to this company. Good customer service 👍. Went in for an oil change but ended up with a safety issue on the axel. They are willing to work with you and help to finance any service you need. Now I am safe driving on the road and my car is running smooth.

Mike and the service crew here are superb! They took care of my car and went the extra step to cut cost of parts. Very honest. As a single woman you're afraid of being taken advantage of. Not here. Trustworthy for sure. Thanks again. They are in charge of her maintenance from now on!

unless it's fore breaks do not take your vehicles here. roughly two weeks ago i was on vacation and one of my work trucks got stranded. long story short it was towed I'm. over the phone we were told the computer fried the key or vise versa kept saying computer. so fast forward some 2700 dollars later my truck is fixed. I told them I hated the parts they change after they said work was done at that point he kept trying to get me to pay for the work to.get it closed out . I wasn't gonna make it so I sent my girlfriend to get the key after the 4th call about have me pay I finally did . yhey send the parts . it was an ignition and a key I addressed it next day . was told I'd get a call back waited 4 days called again told I'd get a call back they charged that for like a 200 dollar part and have ignored me since...Horrible service ... this after I supposed to be fleet pricing ang got charged over twice what dealership would.

Makenzie at the front desk was so nice. He gave my car an oil change and changed the engine filter. He did not charge me for labor to change the filter. Him and his team were also able to change the bumper on my car from a previous accident. The bumper was aftermarket and did not fit perfectly, but they did a beautiful job anyway. It ended up taking about four hours but they only charged me for about two hours of labor. The entire time, all the staff were positive and uplifting. They never tried to upsell me on anything and they were honest about what my car needed.

These guys are absolutely great! Michael and McKenzie in the front doing an amazing job at explaining and taking care of you. The folks in the bay doing an amazing job with the cars, it’s just the best place to go! As a woman you’re always on edge about potentially being taken advantage of, but they actually treated me like family. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone

I was there a couple of days ago cause I was over due for an oil change. Turns out I needed a whole lot of work done. I was overwhelmed to say the least. But thank goodness Mike was there to help me through everything. He really took the time to not only tell me what needed to be done but he showed me the mess that was my car. I am so grateful that he was able to get all the work done in one day!! I recommend this shop to everyone. And the work they do is quality work. I will be back for all my vehicle needs! Thank you!!!

Mike and crew went beyond expectations for what I brought my car in for. They identified other work needed that was poorly done by someone else and corrected it on their own without charging me labor! I am soo greatful and my car drives beautifully!! We took it in a road trip the next day!! Will be back for all future needs!!!

Needed a quick oil change before a last minute road trip. Mike was able to complete the service right away. Also gave me recommendations on additional work my car needed but wasn't pushy at all. I will definitely be going back!

Went in for brake job.They did a thorough inspection while car was up and found a cv axle with a blown seal grease everywhere. Also a loose sway bar linkage.The tech showed me all this. So I decided to get all fixed along with brakes. They also have an installment bill pay system if you don't have all the money that day.

Even though I have used Brake Masters for years to do brake work on my vehicles, I was unaware of how extensive their other mechanical work is. I now have all my mechanical work done at this shop. Michael, the manager, is both knowledgeable and honest. They do only the work that needs to be done and charge a reasonable price for it. I recommend this business highly!
