I receive amazingly great service from Mike as well as his service people. Mike is always fair, always pleasant and always polite. There are other service stations closer to my home, but Mike is the only one I will go to. He has integrity!! Esinesias (wrong spelling) took great care of me. I appreciate his honesty. If you are looking for trustworthy service this is it.

My Oil Change turned into a nightmare - Do not take your vehicle to this location!!! Brought my vehicle in for an oil change, Lorenzo was very customer service oriented and friendly. After leaving the shop once my oil change was completed my vehicle started shaking and acting funny so I pulled over and saw that it looked like a bunch of oil had dumped out of it so I brought it back to Brake Masters. I let Lorenzo and the manager know and asked if they could look at it and make sure everything was secured correctly because it was losing oil. The manager very confidently told me I had a transmission pan gasket problem and that it wasn't oil, it was transmission fluid. I told them that my vehicle had zero issue before they performed the oil change and asked if they would be willing to make it right and assist me with the necessary repairs. The manager quickly deflected all blame and said the transmission leak had been there for a while and was just a coincidence and quoted me a $226 repair to the gasket. So I took my vehicle to a transmission specialist BK transmission to get a second opinion and paid $168 for a diagnostic and turns out the leak had nothing to do with transmission, the transmission was fine and full of transmission fluid and the leak was in fact oil coming from the oil filter housing which had been cracked. You would think that when replacing the oil filter had the leak been there then Brake masters would have noticed this as this could be a safety hazard which they allowed me to leave with. The manager confidently told me the leak was an old transmission leak meanwhile it was totally unrelated and would have had me spending unnecessary money. I am leaving this location a 1 star review because I believe they should have done a better job at inspecting the problem when I brought it back and identifying the issue rather than deflecting blame and sending me back out on the roadway with my two small toddlers with a safety issue. They should have put in more effort to identify the problem and offer a solution. Now I have to spend $996.00 to repair the oil filter housing. I seriously regret taking my vehicle to this Brake masters and will stop doing business with Brake Masters after 15 years of bringing my vehicles there. I will be forwarding my concern to corporate.

A shame I’ve been coming here for years. Things have clearly changed. It has become what you hope you never find and that is a rip off mechanic. Stay away from this place and go somewhere else.

Been a customer for many years at the shop on Tanque Verde. The staff has changed over the years, but the service has been consistently reliable and square-dealing.

I’ve brought my car in a few times for various services including oil changes. They’ve done good work and they have never tried to upsell. BTW, always check the coupon page of their website before you go in — can save you a lot of money.

I went and had hundreds of dollars of repairs done. There was thousands of dollars of repairs needed. I've taken car across town to my prior auto shop before I went out of state, nothing is required to be done. The repairs should have been listed as suggestions. I had asked for a safety check and less than 3 weeks later the car died due to battery corrosion. When I went back, I was told the battery needed to be replaced. I didn't look closely at the print out, it was not for the date in May I took my car in. Spoke with the manager to give then a chance to make right the problem, was told they'd try to help fix the stereo that needed a code due to battery. When I got there the front desk staff said they don't do radios. This location was highly recommended, I'd highly recommend some where else.

I appreciated being able to make an appointment online. My concerns were listened to and my car was checked out. I was told that no repairs were needed at this time. I look forward to going back there when my car does need work.

Very friendly and courteous. Just went in for break check. They had to keep car a few hours but let me know they were fine and didn’t try to sell me on unnecessary repairs. Trustworthy!

Very honest crew. Just got new tires at Discount and brought over my car for an alignment. I was expecting to spend approx $140 for the alignment. After they test drove it and put it up in the bay and hooked it up...they told me no alignment was needed so I paid nothing. They could have easily made something up to charge me.

I really love taking my car to Brake Masters whenever I need to check my car. They're able to schedule quickly and always correctly diagnose problems and fix at a reasonable price. Definitely recommend to anyone needing car repairs in Tucson!

I took my car in with concerns about the break system. They gave me a free break check and told me everything was good and informed me about my tire issues. They were very polite and punctual. They were flexible when I was unable to pick up my vehicle before they closed. I will 100% go there again if I have any more car problems. Highly recommend

I was greatly impressed with their prompt, efficient and friendly service. A special thank you to Mike who was most helpful. They said it would take from an hour to an hour and a half and in fact finished the job in less than 40 minutes. I know now where to go for any job that Brake Masters do.

My air conditioner when out last week in 111 degree heat here in Tucson !! I called Mike at Brake Masters and he got me in the next day!!! He had it fixed before 5 pm! I highly recommend them!

had car in for an oil change and they put the wrong plug in and oil leaked all over our driveway and is completely stained 2 days ago had our car in for safety check which included battery test. Next day my wife was stranded because the car wouldn’t start… never going back
