I pulled into this Brake Masters without an appointment because my “oil change soon” light came on just as I rolled into Tucson. Since there are no Brake Masters in the small town where I live, it was fortunate for me that they could take my vehicle and do an oil change on the spot. I got lucky! While I was there, I asked Marshall, the manager, about a Bluetooth microphone issue that I was having. He ran a diagnostic, reset the system, and then it worked perfectly! They did a great job and did it quickly and for a fair price. He also notified me that I had a small oil leak and I would’ve had this Brake Masters take care of it, but I wasn’t going to be in town beyond the next day and I didn’t think I had the time with other appointments that I had scheduled to have them do what was necessary to trace the origin (which would’ve required me driving around with some dye in the system for a day or so) and fix the problem. However, the following morning, an unrelated, ongoing, intermittent issue with my door locks got to the point where my doors would not remain locked (which was especially concerning as I was staying at a hotel and couldn’t properly secure my vehicle). I called this Brake Masters again to see if they had any availability, and I was told to come on over and they’d get me in. I explained the issues that I had been experiencing, and requested that they run a diagnostic test on the BCM as it controls, not only the door locks, but a lot of other important functions of the vehicle, and the improper functioning could present safety concerns. Marshall ran the test, and it turned out that there was nothing wrong with my vehicle, but that my key fob was completely worn out and triggering the locking/unlocking situation through vibration. Marshall charged me a very reasonable amount to run the diagnostic because it was not an issue that Brake Masters could fix. However, he took the time to make several phone calls to connect me with a mobile locksmith who came over to the shop and programmed a new key fob for my vehicle so that we could decommission the damaged fob which was causing the problem, again for a very fair price (a fraction of what it would have cost at a dealership). This completely fixed the problem and provided me with amazing peace of mind about the security and proper functioning of my truck. Also, after researching what it would’ve cost to replace the BCM, I was completely happy with the extremely modest cost of this solution. I really wanted to write two separate reviews for this Brake Masters shop because they handled two unrelated issues on two separate days that just happened to be back to back. However, the constraints of this review system only allow me to write one. The bottom line is, I was very happy to have found a very competent, accommodating, and HONEST service provider. I was also surprised about the variety of services that they offer, which felt like it was pretty much soup to nuts, asI don’t believe that all Brake Masters have the same capabilities in house. These guys seem to have it all! I cannot rave enough about these experiences with this Brake Masters and I’ve been recommending them to anyone who will listen. Fair prices. Excellent, above-and-beyond service. Highly, HIGHLY recommended!!!

Honest. I appreciate Marshall telling me my fluids didn’t need to be changed. He easily could have said they do and I would have. That’s how you get repeat business, oil changes and whatever else comes up.

If shout out to Marshall the new manager! My car died n was jumped. Took it over to Brake Masters for a check. Marshall not only replaced my battery but also saw a bolt was missing from a sensor which he searched for n found a replacement. Had us in n out very quickly. He also showed me a few items to watch. Very professional. Thank you!

I've had a some power steering fluid leaking for far too long. I was referred by a friend to check out this specific Brake Masters. I went there yesterday and met with Marshall. He listened to me explain my issue, and then went to inspect it. He was quite thorough and timely with it. He explained that I had a crimped line and showed me where it was leaking from. He then proceeded to work up an estimate. The price for the line and labor was well under what I thought it was going to be. I said, let's do it. Today I picked up my car. The job was done, and it works well. No more leaking fluid. Thank you for the quick and professional service.

Lowest and fairest price to have an oil change. They do their best to fund additional discounts for you. They have their repairs area open so you can watch everything they do. They recommend things need change while you are there, and no sale pressure. Anyway, if you are not a mechanic, go there for your regular maintenance service.

Fernando and his team on Oracle really go above and beyond in taking care of my car I know people get upset when it's fixed but the issues reappear in the end it's not the mechanics it's the stupid computers and especially in higher end cars If you really need your auto fixed take it to Brake Masters on Oracle near Prince ask for Fernando

I was recommended to come there by Discount Tires across the street for a front and alignment. I made an appointment for 130 to my surprise. It was done in 40 minutes. I was very happy with the service staff very friendly even the waiting room was very adequate, I plan on going back there again and I will recommend it today

I walked in after buying two new tires at discount tire. Marco greeted me immediately and asked how he could help. I wasn't pushy, but asked if he could fit me in, soon so I wouldn't have to drive home and back. He said he was busy, but would do it! Because I came from discount, brake masters gave me a Huge discount on the alignment. I love that arrangement! Not only did they take care of me, in a classy way: they kept the car clean and grease free while performing the work. I looked underneath the car when I got home. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they realigned the dust boots when they were finished. This prevents their premature wearing out... Very important! Thank you Rene L. for that attention to detail. These guys are Awesome! I highly recommend this shop!

i went for an oil change , it didnt take that long i was in and out within 45 minutes . But the next day i realized there were little spots of oil in my driveway , i looked underneath and saw it was coming from the drain plug , i would have just tightened it myself but i didn't know if it may need a new washer . so i went to break masters right from work and told them my drain plug is spotting oil and the guy said it will be a couple of hours before someone can look at it , so i said you cant just tighten it and see if that solves the problem and he said we're real busy right now so i went home and did it myself in 5 seconds flat , and it didnt need a new washer it just wasn't tightened very well from their supposed to be mechanics ...

Very honest and reliable. Went in for an alignment and oil change. Did the oil change but said couldn't do alignment. I had just had an accident day before, wheels wouldn't even turn. My mechanic got me on the road but scary steering. The fellas at this Brake Masters could have just did whatever and taken my money, then make excuses, but instead told me Exactly what still needed to be fixed and my mechanic is working on that now. I appreciate the Total Honesty
