I met the manager. He introduced himself I have a poor memory but I think his name was Lowel and I believed he wanted my busines. He seemed sincere but so did the last time back in late 80s. Hope I will have a better exp. Thanks for the great timely service

Brake Masters is my Pitstop . Austin Fuller and Scott are honest and very Knowledgable . My 2004 Freestar has over 228,500 + miles and still running strong. They also oil change my 2022 Ford F-150. Thank You Brake Masters

Joel was courteous, knowledgeable and definitely brightened my day. I really like the addition of providing photos of any suggested work for transparency sake. I wish I still didn’t wonder if some repairs or maintenance is just a required upsell or quota to hit, but with people like Joel at the counter, the experience felt more genuine. I’d return for this reason.

I went in to get my brakes checked out and everything went amazing, Mark helped me out I was in and out and customer service was great. They even showed me my brakes which was nice. Definitely will be back!

Mark was AWESOME!! Was able to get my son’s car in quickly on a same day basis and fixed his sorely neglected brakes by the end of the day. Mark then did all he could to keep the cost down for us. SUPER friendly and great to work with. Definitely recommend this Brake Masters location! Took great care of us. Will definitely be going back for work we might need on our other vehicles.

Mark from Brooklyn took amazing care of my husband and I. We’ve been having trouble with the check engine light in his Camaro since we bought it last year, and kept getting jerked around at different mechanics to no avail. Thank you to Mark and Team at Brake Masters #104 for installing windshield wipers on my daughter's car. I called multiple Brake Masters that didn't answer and then the ones that did either didn't have the wipers at all or only had one of the two. Today I got my brakes done on my 2014 Honda Accord. Mark and his crew did such an amazing job, great customer service and very helpful for what I needed done on my car. I talked to Austin at Brake Masters #104 to get an estimate for brakes after Royal Kia had "inspected" them. His price was half as much. A few weeks later I took my car in to Brake Masters. Less than an hour later Austin called to say that my brakes did not need work yet, I was good for at least another year (kia had either mismeasured or more likely misrepresented the wear on my brakes). I also mentioned my AC, the original reason I went to Kia. When I went to pick up my car, Austin verified that my compressor was bad and that he could replace it for hundreds less than the quote from Kia. Meanwhile he did not charge me for either one of the inspections. He could have have replaced my front brakes with me none the wiser. I walked out having paid nothing. I went back about a week later and had him fix my AC per his original quote and in less time than he estimated. With cars so much more complicated than when I was young, I am so relieved that I can TRUST someone with mine. Since Brake Masters does "everything but tires", Austin is now my Car Guy.

Left parts off my vehicle. Yes, actually left perviously installed parts off my SUV. Parts consiting of an aftermarket lift kit. Which were then hauled off as scrap metal and thrown away. And now, if I would be willing to repurchase the part they threw away. They would be willing to reintstall the discarded part. However, they could not realighn the front end, which I already paid for. Because there alighnment machine is broken and won't be operable for several months. I could not make this up in my wildest imagination. 40yrs ago when I worked as an auto mechanic I would hsve been fired on the spot. Now this is business as usual.

Went in for routine oil change and possible alignment issue. I always fear that I’ll get taken advantage because I don’t know much about cars…definitely NOT that case here. They explained why my car was shaking and even recommended a place to get it fixed. Super easy drop off, great communication and very helpful guys! I’ll be back for my next oil change for sure.
