I highly recommend brake masters on Coburn 22nd and Marco was remarkable. He was very friendly and professional. They had quick service had a great oil change. I highly recommend it to anyone in Tucson.

Repeat customer and consistently have had great results. Went in to get my brakes looked at since they were squeaking. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes, they took the time to show me my brake pads and rotors and explain that they were in good condition still. They recommended not replacing since they were still so new, and were very patient and kind with me. Very lovely service all around, I appreciate it!

I just want to thank Marco at the 22nd & Kolb Street Brake Masters in Tucson. He replaced the bulb for my turn signal quickly and was so nice when I came to pick up my vehicle. Was skeptical at first simply because I’ve had bad experiences at other chains. These guys know what they’re doing. My car has very specific performance brakes and they were able to resurface the rotors that the dealership said could not be done. Not only did they save me time and money but went above and beyond to make sure I had a fantastic experience. I’ll be returning here for service on my other vehicles.

Went to this one because they got such great Yelp reviews. Got me in for my appointment and were able to take care of my brakes same day! I appreciated them showing me what needed to be done and being conservative with a few things. Now my car is driving GREAT!

Marco is very helpful and good with communication. My truck was having issues and they were able to diagnose the issue and service my truck in a couple of hours. That’s with only two techs on shift. They didn’t try to up sale me on anything. Just the suggested service. Will be going back if my truck is in need for another service!

First off, I've always only taken my vehicle to the dealership, but like most it only takes one bad experience to seek elsewhere. Thank Goodness, I did. Brake Masters was nothing but understand and supportive in my situation, they are great ppl that work here. I highly recommend them. Had my Tie rods replaced as they were already worn out and may cause a more serious problem down the road. They did a great job and I can feel the difference in the ride. Absolutely amazing service from this location. Anybody who is looking for an honest mechanic in 2024 should use this brake master. Shout out to the employee Marco for his good communication and honesty. I will forever use this spot for vehicle repair because of him.

Have had repairs and service at this Brake Masters several times, including twice recently for fuel pump(s) issues. Service was prompt and they worked with my warranty company quickly to ease my pain; recently they vokunteered a discount to help when the warranty fell short on a quote. Definitely will return, hopefully fir routine maintenance!

I went here for a brake inspection fully expecting to have to replace my brake pads and/or rotors because they’d been squeaking for MONTHS…they did the inspection and told me my brakes were practically new, that I could replace them if the squeaks bothered me, but that I really didn’t have to. I was shocked by the man’s honesty. When it came time to pay, I expected to pay for labor costs at least, but the man said there was no charge. I even asked specifically what I owed for labor and he PRETENDED TO THINK ABOUT IT and still CHARGED ME NOTHING! I hadn’t read any reviews on this business before booking my appointment online and I really thought I’d be taken advantage of like most everywhere else I’ve been. Ladies especially, I HIGHLY recommend taking your vehicle here for servicing. I don’t write reviews often, but the excellent service and honesty stands out from the rest and needed to be highlighted.

Went to Brake Masters #103 & was greeted by Marco. I wanted an oil change & it was going to take hour & half, I said no problem. Next thing I know it was done in half the time. Marco was a very efficient leader & had excellent customer service skills. This is why I continue to go to Brake Masters! Been coming here for about 10 years and never did I feel I was overcharged or never had to return for faulty parts or labor. Al is a great service writer
