The Mechanics I interacted with were so attentive. They were knowledgeable and problem solvers. Showed us what needed to be done and where to get the parts that no one had available. They were quick to get my vehicle in and do the needed repairs quickly and efficiently. Courteous and very personable. I would recommend them to anyone. I am so grateful they fixed what someone else broke. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had rear struts replaced. Disappointed that sales clerk changed & raised the price of the Monroe struts from my original quote to offset the $10 off coupon purchase of 2 struts from website. (see pics of line 3 in quote & final bill showing price of strut). Giving 3 stars since they did complete the work in record time. Bottom line, avoid this place,

The Manager at this location needs feedback on work ethic and professionalism we brought in our families 2017 Corolla for inspection came out with outrageous pricing for things the car did not need.Not to mention the pricing for the labor was ridiculous.The Manager tone was unprofessional. The Manager sarcastically ask if I am a dealer?Then states he is a dealer and goes to auctions in front of customers. We don't care what you do in your personal time mr Manager.I ask my self why the manager works here still if he is states he is a dealer.Then he goes on to tell me what auctions he goes to and ask me what auctions I go to..Mr. Manager there is no need to get personable with people you don't know focus on the task at hand and and not your personal side business. Focus on running brake masters and hold the standard cause today it was not met. The estimate we recievd today was a joke a leverage to help his customer mitigate a less price of what we were selling the car afor.FYI Look at the carfax you have the vin number:)Mr Manager the car was just serviced and has great service history it's a 2017 corolla not a 2007.Focus on your job not other personal business or your customers personal business.We are for a service we expect to recieve. As a business owner my self and knowing what it takes to run a good business;I would definitely coach this Manager on displaying professionalism.Mr Manager step your game up! Took my car for an oil change had to wait while the Manager was interacting with other customers.Manager said my car needs all these extra things it’s a 2019 like really?Also he talks to customers about his personal business no wants to know what auctions you go to.I could tell some of the customers waiting to be helped were frustrated this down to management at this location will be going to the other brake masters

My radiator cracked and it caused a lot of problems that were going to be very expensive at a different shop. Chris took the time to contact corporate to find my previous radiator replacement date, as it was not showing at the shop level. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the warranty at brake masters for my radiator was still in effect! So I towed it to brake masters #101. Chris and Jesús were very communicative and honest, they listened to what I had to say and were never condescending. They replaced my AC system fans and I was happy enough with the final price. I felt that my car was safe to drive again. I’ll be back! (But hopefully not too soon).

Had my GMC diagnosed there. These people were very honest afterwards didn't try to upsell and recommended not repairing it because of cost. That's how I know they're honest. This is a big deal in today's world if not the biggest when looking for a place to have your car serviced at. I will be returning in the future for sure and I highly recommend this place to others who are looking for an honest mechanic.

I thought my brake pads had worn down due to a crazy screeching sound. They were able to locate a rock from my driveway that had gotten wedged in the brake assembly. Super friendly and fast service. I would definitely recommend .

I went to this location to get an oil change, have the brakes checked, on 8/22/24. I have been to this location before a few times. All oil changes, I had sn appointment arrived greeted not sure of his name. Let him know I had an appointment for an oil change and asked to have the brakes checked. I asked fir the high mileage oil change which on the website and there is a list on the counter. I chose the $54.95. Once completed he said the total would be $68. Ibqas like that doesn't sound right. That is almost $15 in fees, I asked him how that could be, several times, the guy said the oil price went up by a $1, will it's not reflected on the website or on the counter in front of us. He told me he would do me a favor and take $5 off, that's no favor and he was trying to over charge me to start with and this is not the first time he has charged me a higher price. After he did this favor for me he gave me the paperwork work, my keys and walked away. I have watched this guys sorry can't remember his name, interact with male customers in a completely different way. I don't understand why he is trying to charge me more than what is advertised, not right at all will not be going back.

They took a look at it and evaluated the problem of the noise I was hearing with no additional cost. Then I brought in my vehicle the next day to have it worked on. They we able to get me in so quickly and where so upfront about pricing.

They were so patient with my 2 year old running around, and didn't even seem frustrated when he spilled water on their couches. I came in for an oil change but they also zip tied up the plastic piece that was dragging under the front of the car!

An engine coolant light went on in my car. I called BrakeMax as I was nearby. They told me to come right in and the issue was solved in under an hour. They changed the oil, topped off all fluids, and recommended future work. I’ll be using them again.

I had 7 years ago a very bad experience with brake master. I was astonished to see lastly how their customer servixes has improved. I have been taking care of profesdionaly and humanely. My car also. I hope it will at least stay like that. Good Job

The best experience that I’ve had at any mechanic shop. Reps were extremely polite and HONEST after a horrible experience with technicians from another company for brake repairs. Most memorable line from service reps: “You support our country. Don’t worry about it!” Just know that there are still good people in this world.” 10/10 recommend!

Took my car in after some FUBAR independent "mechanic" work. Once they diagnosed the problem they only charged me the diagnostics fee and 1/2 price to replace fuses, reconnect the wiring harness and fuse box. So grateful it didn't turn out to be a major job. Thank you Brake Masters #101! You ROCK!!!
