Really bad service and assistant. Was there at December 22 for change front pads and fix the hand brake. Today was one more time for check the same . They don't ask me what was exactly the problems, they only told me : you have to pay 124$ for check??????What???? You changed my pad you fix my hand brake one month ago and now you don't want responsibility for nothing. I spoke with Mr. Jesse. Never more I prefer spend my money in different companies.

Been coming here for years. They are the best when it comes to alignment and brakes. Of course I used to think since it's a chain store it wouldn't be too good but after my first service they've been top notch. They take their time and do quality work. They do many different fluid service as well. 5/5

I recently visited this location for an alignment and they attempted to deceive me. They informed me that the incorrect control arm had been installed. Consequently, they attempted to sell me an aftermarket adjustable control arm instead of the part Ford had specifically recommended, which my mechanic had just installed hours earlier and was the correct part. When I expressed my refusal to purchase the aftermarket part, the mechanic proceeded to suggest that the alignment could be performed but might require prying. This behavior confirmed that the part was indeed the correct one, and they were simply being lazy and trying to persuade me to buy the easier option, which would have cost over $600. I strongly advise against visiting Brake check in the future.

Brake Check in San Antonio. Military and 1604 did an excellent job on replacing my Toyota Truck brakes and struts. Outstanding job!! The staff and manager are a pretty good bunch. I did not have any serious issues with them. Swing on in and check them out. They do all my synthetic oil changes..... Great job guys!

It's been a little over a week and I think Brake Check did a great job doing my brakes. Eli was very helpful and because of him and his team I feel safe and secure with my brakes. Today Tuesday January 7th 2025 I had to go back to brake check on 1604 and military because I was hearing a winding noise coming from my back right wheel. The manager took a look under my vehicle and underneath my rear driver side brake the calipers were messed up including rotors and other parts of my brake system so I asked him how did my brake system end up that way if I had just brought in my car which is back in November and he said it just gets that way sometimes. Which doesn't make sense being that they did brake work not that long ago and it hadn't been a thousand miles that I put in too my car since the last visit. Unless Brake Check uses cheap products. He charged me for the parts and I showed him my previous receipts that I had these parts fixed from a previous visit at this location and he said that they're not under warranty. I told him but Brake Check says lifetime warranty and he said yeah for the nature of the brake not from wear. He also said nobody does lifetime warranty on rotors. I think Brake Check needs to elaborate on their warranty, also asked him about changing belts and he said that they don't do that. He said everything would cost $582 and I said that's with tax and everything and he said yes but when he said everything was done the amount was over six hundred dollars. Another thing the calipers I replaced should have been under warranty. After I paid my bill I said thank you and he didn't acknowledge me back it's as if he had something against me. I got in my car and left the car doesn't feel right and I can still hear the winding on my back right wheel. With everything being said this is the worst experience I've had and won't be going back. An elderly man also showed up to brake check and said he was having problems with his brake system since he had it fixed and was told to come tomorrow. So I don't think this is the place for people to bring their vehicles.

Awesome service provided. Went beyond normal service changing the oil, replacing rear brake pads, turning the rear brake rotors, and replacing old brake fluid for a new one.

I made an appt for 230 at 1:55pm. Got there at 220 and there was a ton of people, but they pulled my car in at 2:35 and were finished at 2:55pm! I was very impressed with the quick service! Definitely will be my go to for future oil changes!

Went in for another alignment. Appointment was at 4:30 pm, I dropped car off and they had it done by 4:30. Awesome job as always, I recommend them to everyone.
