There 3 hours, could not accomplish service requested (alignment). Headlights were not working after we got home. $400 repair

Brake pad and rotor replacement. Found damaged bushing on lower control arm. Authorized replacement of both control arms. Issue #1: New pads were not adjusted properly after rotor/pad replacement. Uneven braking (right front tire would squeal under heavy braking; emergency brake would not hold on slight incline). Took it back to have adjusted two days later and it was properly fixed. Issue #2: During control arm replacement, mechanic over-extended the right front axle causing damage to the CV boot and axle. Severe vibration experienced at highway speeds two weeks after their work. Stopped at nearby Honda dealer for diagnosis and replacement of axle/boot (really didn't trust Brake Check at this point any longer). Now dealing with Brake Check compliance team who are initially advising that I voided warranty by not returning to them for repairs. We are still talking, with me supplying pictures of the damage. I may revise my poor review based on their ultimate response. For now, someone should be concerned that a mechanic caused this damage and knowingly tried to push it all back together and hope for the best. Stay tuned . . . EDIT1: Left two voicemails per owner request below . . . EDIT2: Spoke to Brake Check customer satisfaction team member. No immediate resolution, but promised a phone call from their regional vice president to discuss the issue. It has been two days since I was told of the pending phone call. Called customer satisfaction again today, and was told the regional vice president is very busy, but will call me. EDIT3: Another two days with still no response from the regional vice president. Left VM today with the customer satisfaction team member, Michael.

Quick and courteous oil change for my daughter. Took care of everything we needed and did not push for anything unnecessary like some places. Definitely will be back!

Not everything goes well or is done right the first time in customer service. What matters most is how hard you work to fix it! Brake Check's corporate team picks up ALL the points on the rebound! I have been in customer service for over 20 years and I tip my hat to a company that strives to maintain a great customer relationship. The knowledgeable staff was also reassuring and assuaged my concerns about my vehicle. Too bad this app only lets me give 5 stars! Well, here's a few more well deserved stars! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

The manager, Levi and -Asst Mgr, Ignacio were very courteous. Service was prompt and appointment timely. After checking my brakes, Ignacio was honest and stated surprisingly considering the mileage everything looks good except for minor cracks in brake shoes. I certainly will keep them in mind when I need brake work.

I had a wheel alignment done a week before Christmas because we were going on a trip. During the trip I noticed the car was pulling to the right. I called this Brake Check and they fit me right in today and re-performed the alignment and now it steers straight. They hooked me up and made it right. Good customer service.

It’s was prompt, and efficient. I do wish they would be more observant when entering and exiting my car. In that I had to clean my seat, matt and shifter after the work was complete.

The staff is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable—they answer my questions without making me feel silly. They even checked my tire pressure and topped off my fluids without me asking! I'll never go anywhere else for my oil changes. 2024 Update: every other oil change you get 50%off and the 6th free. Totally worth it! Great service!

This place is excellent! The customer service was terrific. In less than two hours, I had a brake inspection, pads replaced, and an oil change. They explained everything to me in great detail, allowing me to make the best decision.

Under the previous manager, Chris, this place was a top notch place to service your vehicle. He always had someone meet and greet you with a smile before you even had a chance to exit your vehicle. Today (on several other visits I was not greeted at all until I went inside and often peaked my head into the bay), to their credit, I was met at my car (not with a smile, but friendly enough). I scheduled an oil change to make sure to be seen right away, tried dropping by on several occasions this week and wasn’t met at my car and there were several cars, so to save time I scheduled. The service itself seems to be great thus far, I had an oil change, I believe this is my 19th with this company, and I do have to say I’ve never experienced an issue with their oil changes. Now to my issues, they no longer take cash, I am not a fan of cashless businesses! They just got a new card machine, which doesn’t allow me to bypass my pin (I’ve had my identity stolen, so I don’t appreciate nor like having to enter my pin, if you’re trying to save money or increase profits bring back cash!!!!). The office reeks of some type of chemical cleaning solvent, which I am very sensitive to, I had to sit outside in the freezing cold until I could no longer take it, then go in with my mouth and nose covered until I could no longer take it and then go back out into the freezing temps again, this is unacceptable and ridiculous, offensive and unsafe!!! Overall I’m very upset, disappointed and will do all I can to find another place to do my oil changes in the future! If I’m unable to find a comparable alternative I definitely won’t be recommending them. After all the great years under Chris, I’m very sad to say this place has sunk to an intolerable low.
