Needed to have brakes recheck and they got me in right away and took care of this right away! So glad that there wasn’t any problem with brakes!

Always quick and efficient. In the past I had a mishap with the wrong filter cap being installed (which is a manufacturer issues as more than one listed to work on my vehicle). I called when I noticed the oil leak and they had me bring it right in and figured it out putting them over hours. They've made a note in my account and even planned to make sure it was a teaching moment for their employees so it doesn't happen again. I went back today since that happened and they made sure to run my vehicle for a minute after changing it.

Awesome experience, one of my kids having brake trouble and these guys went above and beyond their services to ensure that I not only have working brakes. They ensure my child’s car was safe for her and other drivers on the road. Can beat that!! Thank you Brake Check in SA off De Zavala and UTSA.

I hit a pot hole on an I-10 off ramp. Luckily or unluckily I was able to make it to a Brake Check service center. I encountered Patrick, the manager. He was very helpful and professional. Patrick assigned one of mechanics to temporary help me out so I can make it to my own repairman. Patrick was very good and presented a solution so I can get my problem fixed the next day. On inspection we both saw that all was within normal with no abnormalities. The next day at my service center I was informed that the work done at Brake Check resulted in substandard and damaged work and will require the replacement of the right wheel hub assembly. The Brake Check mechanic had apparently striped three bolts which were difficult to removed. I informed Patrick at Brake Check and I am still waiting for a response.

Brake check is a required service provider in our family. I trust them to hold my vehicle over night or longer and they always provide excellent service. We recently had an alignment on one car and brake service on another. Perfect work. Thank you! ****Update**** Brake Check has come through for my family once again! This time they repaired our cars suspension. They always answer the phone and always call back as promised. Joe and Alfredo were great and easy to speak to. Thanks again!!

I didn’t have a good experience when I went to change my brake pads. They broke my drivers side mirror and I had to wait 2 days for it to get fixed. They didn’t even offer me a discount

Came here to get brakes replaced paid $400 unexpected cost but my breaks have never been louder in its life and when I bring it to get checked they hear nothing. I promise I wake up my whole block with the brakes from here. Very unsatisfactory services.
