Great job on the brakes and oil change. I normally would take my car to the dealer but I'm tired of the ridiculous maintenance package dealer's are peddling and make it sound like it's great value...it's not. Brake Check is simpler and breaks it down on criticality Red, Yellow, Blue which makes it easier to decide on what is important.

Absolutely avoid this place! I initially went in to have my front pads replaced, and everything seemed fine at first. However, just two weeks later, while driving with my 2-year-old in the car, the caliper guide pin bolt came off. This was an incredibly dangerous situation caused by their poor workmanship. When I brought this to their attention, not a single person acknowledged their mistake or offered an apology. To make matters worse, they completely denied my refund request. Their lack of accountability and disregard for customer safety is unacceptable. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I brought my truck in for an alignment as it was pulling to the left a bit. Everyone at this location was friendly and knowledgeable. They got my truck aligned and even found a bolt on my tire rod which was loose. They tightened up the loose bolt and my truck is good to go. Very happy with the service at this location. I will be returning for future alignments and brakes when needed.

Had an appointment at 2:30pm for an oil change. We arrived early and turned our keys in at 2:15. They didn’t finish until 3:40 pm. There were also no seats available for waiting. I have had good experiences at other brake checks, but this place was disappointing

I went here cause my car brakes were grinding, I got a very good price and got home that night and saw that my car was saying, " Parking brake malfunction" so I called them and they got me in right away and it turns out nothing was wrong, my car just needed to be reset.....they were professional, nice, fair and very trustworthy......I will be going back for service next time. 😊

Introvert and anxiety reviewer: Loved this entire process honestly. I mean no one loves unexpected expenses like this, but being able to get the quote online made everything so much easier. I don’t like people calling me over and over playing the sales game. This place doesn’t do that. They send the quote then you schedule online. You can drop off the car or stick around if you want. They were super nice but not excessive in a fake way. We left and within the next 40 minutes we had the inspection report texted to us with everything we needed done, itemized and colored based on how critical it was. They even included pictures and explanations. Once you accept what work you’d like to have done, it shows the total at the bottom of the screen. Then they get started and send a text when they are finished. It really put my anxiety at ease. I did have to call to ask a few questions and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. Again- not in a gross way, it felt genuine and sincere. Once my car was ready we just popped in to pay and were set. I would 100% recommend this business based on the transparency alone, but it was nice to not be hassled by the extra nonsense that other places come at you with.
