Decided to go down the street to Brake Check instead of my Mazda dealer and am happy I did. They did a quick oil change and took a look at my brakes as I'd told them they were squeaking intermittently. They gave me advice on what I needed done and a timeline. Very communicative and helpful. A complete 180 from my Mazda dealer's service department. I'll definitely recommend.

Lazy guys don't like to honor 1,2,3 year alignments.. make up any excuse not to do it. Claim i need new suspension when it's literally 1 month old done at dealership... .

It was my second time at this location. I was not in and out . The shop was overbooked and it took a few hours. My appointment was at 4 but didn’t leave until almost 6 pm otherwise, service was okay.

Set an appointment for my bf to take my car for the free brake check AND $20 off oil change and I also wanted my rotors checked but all the guy did was argue w him and refused to actually do work… also left w NO oil change he wasted our time and did literally NOTHING
