This Brake Check is hand downs the best. Literally anything I need done to my car, they get it done! Wheel bearing: fixed in a couple hours, O2 sensor: checked it and didn’t charge me, Oil change: 5 minutes max. And the prices are the best, the dude was so confident when I told him I wanted to check other places for my wheel bearing and told me he’d match anywhere if I found a better price. Definitely my go to spot for anything car related. Update: Almost a year later and these guys are still helping me out with all my vehicles. Russel is very understanding and helpful and gives me all the information I need to help me out!

I have been to this location twice for different cars and both times the staff has gotten us in and out relatively quickly. The prices are very fair and the oil change rewards program you can’t beat. The staff will go over anything they find during inspection and work with you to do what needs to be done. If it is something they are unable to do they will refer you out as well.I definitely recommend this team and location they are fantastic.

Never a bad visit when I stop by to see my favorite guys! Got my half priced oil change and my alignment and still have money left! Russ and his guys are always full of smiles and I am always in a better mood when I leave. Will be forever my favorite place to take my car.

Couldn't ask for better service! In and out in 17 minutes, paid less than half of what I would elsewhere. They mentioned more services they could do but didnt "high pressure sell" me on anything. They simply told me what they saw and let me decide from there. Well done all around. I'll be back for sure

Had a full brake job done. Russell is fantastic. He’s personable, solutions oriented, and quick to address any issues. However, I can only give 4 stars because I feel there shouldn’t have been an issue to bring me back in the first place. Luckily it was nothing serious, just a quick adjustment to lessen a noise from friction, so you be the judge 🤷🏻‍♀️

I came into get my brakes checked out and they were not only extremely efficient, they made sure to let me know my options and exactly what’s going on. I’ve been coming to brake check for 2 years and they’ve always been great but this was above and beyond on service and attitude.

The Ben White location was amazing. I dropped my car off, went to go get something to eat, and went back to pick up my vehicle. I accidentally went to the William Cannon location and they were kind enough to take me to the Ben White location to pick up my vehicle. I love this place. Super friendly and great customer service.

Had some issues going on with my calipers. They were able to get us in the same day and replace all 4 of my calipers and do an alignment for a wonderful price! Russell was wonderful to work with!

I need to update my review of this place after having work done on November 22, which included a brake job, caliper rebuild, and brake fluid flush. While the brake lines seemed fine initially, the problems didn’t end there. Two hours after leaving the shop, on my way home, I heard a clicking noise from my rear left tire. It turned out that the tire wasn’t mounted properly, and the technician had left a 5/16 wrench on the brake line, which fell off while I was driving. Know what happen on my last tire I went home and remounted my rear tire back my self. Fast forward 5 days: I hadn’t driven my car during that time, as I was out of town. When I got back and drove on the highway, I had to make an immediate stop, only to find that my brake pedal went all the way to the floor. This would have been a different situation if I wasn’t able to dive in the emergency lane and avoid hitting the cars in front of me. Now, I’m back at the shop for the third time 12/03/24 to address the brakes and a brake line leak. However, I’m being told that it’s not their fault, and I’ll need to have someone else fix it. All this after spending $730 for a complete brake job. Extremely disappointed with the service and lack of accountability. I would advise stay away from this place. They’ll take your money and never fess up to the bad job they do, nor fix it.
