Very, very nice staff! Super fast! I scheduled an appointment online for an oil change the night before. Only waited 5 minutes to get checked in...oil change took about 40 minutes or so...as a first time customer received $20off!! Every other oil change is 50% off! I will definitely be returning ☺️ Thanks guys!! This is an update. I've gone to Brake Check 3xs now and I've never been disappointed. These guys are absolutely amazing. I don't trust too many places with my Mini Cooper Countryman...outside of the dealership, but these guys can do my oil changes anytime! I highly recommend them!

Colin was very insightful and transparent about my brake issues, it was nice to deal with a decent human being for once, most shops want to upsell or put on a facade. I went in at about 4pm with them closing at 6pm and everyone was super courteous even though my brakes were shot.

Professional and transparent diagnosis. Showed me the parts that needed repair. Since I had to dropoff my car I was provided ride back to work and got picked up once job was completed.

While the price was the same as the dealership, I had way more work done than what the dealership was charging. That's because the technician at this location found that one of my rotors was almost at the point of needing to be changed. The other rotor was damaged because of another mechanics work. The technician was knowledgeable and he treated me (a woman) with professionalism. I got to learn about how my brakes work as well. The work was completed in about an hour, if that. I am extremely happy with this Brake Check.

I came in to get my brakes changed and the service I received helped me be able to afford having the work done. They gave me a heads up about the cost and how long it would take, then finished early. I would return here for future car needs!

I cannot speak any higher of this place. First off I worked with Collin throughout my whole experience. We ended up doing a full rotor and brake pad replacement after he showed me everything on my vehicle. He was very transparent and made my needs feel heard. The guys at Brake Check made it happen quickly and efficiently. I will be using them moving forward for oil change, tires, etc because of this experience. If I’m going to spend money on vehicle maintenance, I want it to go to these guys hands down.

Excellent prompt service. Clearly explained the state of my breaks. No high pressure. In fact, I did not even need the pads replaced, but when it is time for the work to be done I will return to Break Check.

Very pleased to have found this location of Brake Check on 183 near Duval. My brakes started making that dreaded metal on metal noise and of course it was the height of Christmastime craziness. I needed to get it done ASAP, but I didn't have a lot of time. Turns out I needed a few things done. I was at 97,000 miles and was due. They got everything done under the time they estimated and I thought it was a fair price. I will definitely continue to use Brake Check when I need it again!

My experience with Brake Check was fantastic! I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received. Colin (Lucky 🍀) was incredibly helpful; he went over everything about my vehicle, answered all my questions, and even showed me the wear and tear on different parts. He made me feel confident that my vehicle was in good hands. The technicians were also great—they got right to work without any delays and were very professional. The Mechanic assure me that the job that will be performed on my vehicle will fix my problem when the job was completed. It did not fix my problem with the ABS light.. I would have felt better if he said he did not know if it’s gonna fix it or not. I felt like my money was taken on something that did not fix the problem
