One of the best experiences I've had at an auto shop. Walked me through and explained all the things they were doing while showing me on the car. Usually it's just a bunch of jargon and upselling. I appreciated that they didnt treat me like a moron. Definitely recommend. Thank you

I had a flat tire and was nearest to this shop so I made a regretful decision to stop here. They let me know that they were unable to patch my tire because they were 'run flat' tires. Another shop ended up patching it for me, but no big deal because I understand their reasoning. The problem was that immediately when they gave my car back, I felt a very noticeable scratch on my steering wheel. Something had scraped it and left a long, ugly mark. I brought up my concern to the shop and the response was, "We purposely wear clothes that ensure we won't scratch a car". Okay, great policy to have, but my steering wheel was scratched under your care so that isn't very relevant, is it? 😮‍💨 To his credit, Matt was as nice as you could be about it even though they couldn't do anything and said he'd escalate to his store manager. Whoever that was said they wouldn't accept responsibility for the same irrelevant reason-that they wear clothes to ensure they don't scratch vehicles. Despite whoever carelessly scratched my steering wheel, the staff here seem pretty decent, but their store policy of denying responsibility for damage CLEARLY caused by their staff is ridiculous. They may do decent work, but your property is not safe with them. If anything is damaged it will likely just be your problem to deal with. Now I have to find someone to fix this. Go somewhere where your vehicle will be treated with respect and where the store policies reflect honesty and integrity.

Very good service despite being busy. In addition to free checks, the service itself was very affordable, and any other recommendations knowledgeable. I observed that the manager was very conscientious of both the shop and the customers.

Matt is the man. Helped me out when I know he didn’t have to. Im the second generation of getting my oil and brakes fixed here. You can call around and price check but it’s the best work for the price around.

This was my first time here, I came in to get my brakes changed. I had a very good experience, they were fast, despite being pretty busy. I think I’ll be coming back for my oil changes here and for tires, their prices are better than where I usually go (and I thought I was getting a good deal elsewhere!) Everyone was respectful, honest, upfront, friendly, and they work fast. 10/10 for my first experience here. Thank you!

This was the first time having an oil change here and the service was great. Very friendly and professional. I also received an estimate for future brake work and it was very reasonable. I plan to try their frequent oil change program and see how their service and savings program works out in the long run!
