2/5/25 11:20am. Zero customers at the shop. Didn't want my money to look at a leaking tire that might need replacement. The tires are old that I purchased at the previous Davis tire. Maybe they couldve up sold me 4 tires today. We'll never know. Davis tire was great. This place not so much.

Great customer service! Took the time to bring me to my vehicle to show me what work needed, and did not need to be done before moving forward with repairs. Also made sure I understood the items warrantied at check out. Bonus: they have free and fast WiFi while you wait.

Jonny and Devon manager and technician great workers did my oil change wheel balance alignment brakes front and back all the way around I spent good money I will leave 100% five star review. I recommend them to everyone that I know the work was fabulous and only took 2.5 hours

Went in for their great deal Oil change. I am a repeat customer for 2 yrs.now. Synthetic oil for Toyota Highlander .Got $20 off. Every other oil change 50% off & every 6th oil change free! My final cost synthetic $52.15 today! Reg price w/o their $20 off & 50% off deal would have been $104.31. Johnny & his Mgr team w Gerald & super gaaage workers are tip top Professional. Got my Brakes checked too, knowing a brake job was near for me. I got a full break job front & back roders & pads great price $985. They did the brakes in less than an hour. I was very picky about “they better not be too hard a pad & make noise! I’d had bad brake job in 2019 Covid at Toyota dealer. This place is better than dealer . Quick, professional service. No wait today, & they handled customers walking in door for tire service. That’s right, they do B. O. A.T. Service stands for Brakes, Oil, Alignment, TIRES! Oh, & I got my alignment t done & tires rotated free. I purchased their fast, great 3 yr alignment plan 2years ago, & it’s worth every penny, another great deal. So Dripping & South Austin & anyone from anywhere, don’t hesitate to come to a wonderful place. Oh, & comfortable waiting room w clean bathroom is fine. This place is clean overhauled from the previous Davis Car repair the building used to be.

Amazing service. We came in last minute at 515, and they changed out both front rotors and rear pads in 45 min. I am rarely impressed nowadays by individuals work ethic, and I was mind blown at the efficiency and thoroughness of this team. If you need brakes in this area, your choice is clear in my opinion. THANK YOU!!!

Had the pleasure of having James service my Toyota recently, and I couldn't be more impressed! Not only is his expertise on point—my car's alignment is now perfect—but his dedication to his job is truly remarkable. He mentioned he drives over two hours round-trip just to get to work, and it’s clear that his commitment goes above and beyond. The service I received was worlds better than the last time I visited, just three months ago. James' professionalism, skill, and work ethic make him a huge asset to the team. As he trained his colleague hands on how to perform the alignment. Honestly, they should be promoting this guy—he's a standout and made a lasting impression on me. I thought he was the store manager/owner. I’ll definitely be coming back but only if he’s there.

James and his team at the oak hill/dripping springs location exceeded my expectations. very friendly, responsive, in budget, quality work, and on time. It’s my first time using them and the other reviews rang true. They are 4.9 for a reason. I say 5 stars and would recommend. I also like the lifetime warranty and they had a transparent process with their text updates and photos of the inspections. Thanks so much y’all!

These folks here were super helpful. I drive a lot for work, and recently my tires have been taking a beating. They were the only ones that had my tire size and could get me in and out ASAP. Service was quick, pricing transparent, and overall a good experience. I’ll be back for more services

The level of care and attention to detail that James and his team has at this location is second to none. This has been the easiest and most straightforward visit to a shop I have ever experienced. I wouldn’t recommend you go anywhere else if you need the services Brake Check provides. James is super personable, friendly and tells you how it is. I would recommend my friends and family to this specific location any day of the year hands down!

Not a positive experience. Apparently the alignment machine didn’t have the correct settings for my vehicle and in turn it’s still not aligned. Waste of time and money.
