They were great they took my car apart and showed me everything wrong with it and put it all back together for me they did an excellent job with the free and brake inspection what about a new car I got to look at all the components I need a replacing they were very helpful

We were out Christmas shopping on Saturday, when front brakes seized up. I was able to get to shop, and Cameron, with help from Alex, got right on it! Helped us get through a potential crisis! Thanks Brake Check #439.

We’ve had a very good experience with them today. First they did the check of the breaks for free and told us what needs to be repaired at what cost. Less than 2 hours later lots of things have been repaired and wheels aligned. Cameron was very responsive and texted us through the process and when I came by he gave me a tour and explanations of various things on the car.

Highly recommend this location for brakes. Went to Midas they estimated $220 more than Brake Check. Got everything done the same day. Polite and professional.

Very good work, super friendly staff. I will say that they should push the wait time if need be, instead of telling me “it will be about 1-2 hours” when it actually took 4-5hours, but besides that, they did great overall!

If I could give this shop negative reviews I would. I originally took my vehicle in about 4 weeks ago. I was told that my vehicle needed new front brake pads and rotors so I went ahead with the repairs. Within the next week and a half I started to notice more and more squeaking and grinding which was odd. I reached back out and they told me that it was likely the brake hoses that needed to be replaced. Mind you this vehicle is a 2021 with sixty-six thousand miles on it but I trusted them and let them repair the brake hoses. The noise continued so I brought out a mobile mechanic who realized that the brake pads had been installed on the complete opposite sides. He switched them in hopes of that solving the problem but ultimately it did not. Today I got Brakes To Go to come out and take a look at it and everything is messed up. To start the brake hoses used were for a Lincoln continental NOT a Buick Enclave. On top of that the hose is installed with zip ties and a pin was cut (see photos attached). That ultimately let to damage on the rotors and the cheap brake pads that were just replaced. Now I am having to pay out of pocket to replace everything that they have done. Let’s just say I will definitely NOT be back.

Well I dread taking my car to a mechanic, but those reasons are not found here - pricing was fair and communication was consistently informative and transparent! Very thankful I found them. They have half of oil change coupons here if that's not enough. Thank you Hector.

I called to check on wait times for an oil change, and spoke with Victor, he was able to assist me in setting up an appointment and setting up my customer account. When I showed up to the store, I was greeted by name and helped right away. The process was so quick and easy. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Victor was able to help me ensure I had all the up to date and applicable coupons. I highly recommend this store, as everyone was courteous and helpful. There are many shops and restaurants nearby if your car needs take longer than the 30 minutes it took mine.

Overall had a pretty bad experience here. I was able to get an appointment online right away with no queue and get my service. I made a booking online which said it would be $45. When I got there, the person said my total is $66 which includes an "air filter" replacement which I never asked for. Then I said I don't want that, so he said he removed it. Then when I asked for the total later, he changed it up and said its $63 which includes the Oil Filter replacement (which I guess is part of the Oil Change). But he refused to honor the online price which said ~$45 (with a first time $20 discount). Then I asked again and he finally said there was a Semi-Synthetic blend option which is $35, which was much better. But I felt very misguided at this place without a clear pricing listed anywhere at the store either, no clarity on the work that they did, not even the "6-point" inspection thats listed they would do. Very bad customer service and will no be going here again.

This location has done nothing but improve in the last year that I have been a customer. We use them for our business and personal vehicles. 50% off every other oil change, free brake system inspections, and helpful, knowledgeable staff is the norm for this business. Definitely recommend.
