THANK YOU BRAD!!!!!!! Brad is awesome, if you need a mechanic who knoes Stick shifts/Manuals he does!!! My fiance and I had an issue with our Air Conditioning. Another mechanic stated it was the Filter. He charged us $120 and it still didn't work. He then said "Oh well get a new Heater core" after we paid him to FIX IT. I went to Brad and he diagnosed the issue and changed the Heater Core right away. He gave us a great deal. Knowing the Heater Core was the issue in the first place. Then he helped my Father. My Father has a PT Cruiser/Manual 2001. He had issues as the gearshift stopped moving. 4 mechanics told him something different. My poor Dad rushed to 3 different Pick & Pulls and online to order parts that did not fix the issue. That's not including the two tows he had to use and the two pieces the mechanic broke. Parts that are discontinued. While again. The gears still did not work. I asked my Father to give Brad a shot. He took her there and now the car is on the road. Not JUST ANYONE knows the intracacies of Stick Shift Vehicles/Manuals. Especially the older models that were made differently along with parts that are not easy to find. After over a month of so many let downs, Brad repaired the PT. I was soooo happy when he said good news. Finally a break! Not just that, but, he also took the time to ask "why" Dad had to replace the cables. Rather than just throwing em in, he asked a question that was imperative to diagnosing the correct issue. There are good people, there are bad people. There are honest people and dishonest. Mechanics don't make money from dishonesty. They make good business through repeat, consistent overall knowledge and work ethic. Brad is an amazing Mechanic period. If anyone's ever had a bad experience, I'd ask you to question the attitude you presented that day. How you present yourself is a big part of the reaction you receive and the experience you have. Thank you Brad for being so very efficient and for helping my father. I cannot thank you enough.

Had a problem with faulty cylinder firing recently. He took in my van, and fixed it pretty quickly! Of course it depends on the issue of the car of course. One could make a case that his prices are high, but you'll still get a repaired car, and that's all that matters for me!

Brad is a very honest mechanic. Me being a woman and not knowing about cars, being honest is the biggest deal to me. Whatever work he does on my car ,everybody tells me what I paid is reasonable . Brad's Auto Care is the only place I'll go.

Brad's Auto Care is a living legend. Ask around at the AutoZone or O'Reilly's in South San Jose for what's good, and odds you'll hear about Brad's. Fast service. He even fabricated a brake line for me when his research indicated that the part was no longer in stock with the manufacturer. And it's still working to this day. He has many long term customers, and solid employees. Worth every penny, even if service here costs a little more you don't end up paying in other ways.
