Went to get an estimate and 4 mangers were standing around doing nothing. I waited for 20 min and left. I guess customer service is NOT what they do. Will never be back. Filing a complaint with Geico.

Absolutely use this company! I went in for an estimate on a repair I was paying out of pocket for and not only was Cooper able to fix it same day, it was much less expensive than I anticipated. Great customer service! I’ll use them for any repair needs in the future!

Absolutely phenomenal experience. The aftermath anyway, the reason for me showing up at Bracken collision was not so great. Marissa and her team made the experience of dealing with the stressful and challenging experience with my insurance company, GEICO I do not recommend them at all or ever, manageable. Where the insurance company would not step up Marissa and her team did. I highly recommend this collision center, I don’t wreck my vehicles often but when I do I’m definitely bringing them here. Marissa once again thank you so much for everything you did you truly truly made this experience a pleasant one when it was all said and done and my vehicle looks amazing. 🙏 thank you

Bracken Collision is the best! With no notice I arrived to their shop on Christmas 23rd with a cry for help. I purchased a new vehicle for my wife the day before and it was scratched in a grocery store parking lot. Bracken agreed to not only do the repair, but also complete it in time for Christmas. Bracken performed an outstanding repair within 24 hours. In addition, I was charged a fair price and the car was returned cleaned. Wow. Thank you for the great service. I’m humbled.

Hey, you know that auto repair shop we've been going to for ages? They're the best! They've been taking care of our cars for over 15 years now, and they always do a great job. The customer service is top-notch, and Marissa and Cooper are just awesome. We love supporting small and local businesses, especially when they feel like family.

My partner and I had a flat tire, and pulled into this side road. We busted out the YouTube video and got to work changing it to the spare. Lo and behold, the spare tire was completely flat. We saw Bracken Collision was down the road, and we pulled up. They helped us out, put some air in our spare tire, and sent us on our way to get it fixed. They were super nice and helpful, and I will definitely use there services when I need some car help. Thank you Bracken Collision, you saved our day.

Had a horrible experience with these guys. Bad communication, didn't use OEM part as quoted, stranded me twice, no response when I sent a letter to the owner. Locks still don't work correctly. Still haven't heard a peep from these guys and they still have my $400 for nothing. Waiting to be called a not really customer Almost got stranded again alarm keeps going of. Key doesn't always work in the aftermarket lock they didn't install correctly.

I absolutely highly recommend Bracken. They replaced the front grill of my crown and it looked fabulous. They called and let me know how the work was going. Friendly and so professional. Prices were very competitive

I brought in my 2017 Audi A8L. It had a loud noise coming from the engine. Brian and Cooper, diagnosed it as a (PCV) pressure control valve needed to be replaced. Molly and the crew over at Bracken did a great job with my car and I would highly recommend them.

Great customer service. My car was ready before the time projected and I was kept informed along the way. Repairs looked great and I was happy to see how well my car was cleaned upon picking it up. Molly and Todd took extra time to listen to my requests and took the best care of me!

I guess we’ll see what happens with my company truck that’s been there over a month. All I keep getting is waiting on part and we won’t start until we get them in. Then we have others ahead of yours sir. Even 3 weeks later and when the fleet management company calls you still waiting on parts. If this was the case what’s it’s really going to take because if your busy don’t hold others up. Guess gotta keep calling and nagging to get the vehicle even started on. It’s been sitting in the same spot since it was dropped off. Like I said we’ll see how much longer it takes and how it looks at completed. I’ll keep writing until the vehicles complete.

Took my car in for a minor taillight repair. This company went above Cavender. They saw the problem. Order damage part. Came in next day. Fixed it fast. Very nice and honest people. They will have my bussiness for life.

Absolutely amazing customer service! They replaced the right fender, bumper and headlight and the somewhat faded rare color paint matched perfectly! Would 100% take my car back again and again and would recommend this place to anyone and everyone in the area!!! They did whatever it took to make my car look the absolute best!! Big thank you to molly, lake, painter, and mechanics for doing and amazing job on my corvette.

Horrible service. Owner always have some petty excuse for everything. Replies to negative reviews with same man child energy. Cant ever fix or address anything without blaming a “third party” when that third party doesn’t even touch the car… DONT GO HERE.

I took my car to Bracken Collision to have my left side mirror cover replaced. Awesome, excellent, amazing service!!!! Marissa Hernández is awesome. If you need your car’s body repaired, just go to Bracken Collision and don’t even think of going to any other place!!!! Love this place. Love the staff. Best customer service ever!!!

Really poor communication and not very well organized, I drive a fleet car, Was assigned to this shop after an accident they took pictures and took notes of what was needed and said would be a few days until claim was approved, 2 weeks later after not hearing back I called and they said they misplaced my claim and would be submitting again, Was promised a call back 3 days later and heard nothing again, 2 days after I call and they simply tell me they can't do the repair because they can't get the part the car needs. DO NOT GO THERE.

Working with Bracken Collison was great. I have used other Auto body shops in the past, and I found that Bracken was of a higher "Caliber" than the others.

Got driven off a street of a two way road into a ditch and had a couple of dents on the front of my car. Bracken Collision gave me a speedy free estimate and a fair price keeping me updated daily on the progress. The process itself was smooth and the staff was very friendly and transparent. Overall I would very much recommend Bracken Collision to others!
