You will not find a more courteous and honest staff when it comes to car repair. I took my car in because I was worried that after a certain mileage I needed new brakes. I asked for an inspection and a “worst case scenario” estimate because I like all the information up front in case I needed new rotors too. My estimate was detailed and well within budget. After the inspection the mechanic personally called to tell me that my car’s brakes were still well within good condition and that I actually didn’t need anything done. I am so impressed by the honesty and integrity of this business and I will not be taking my car anywhere else.

Got my car fixed in a surprisingly timely manner. All the work done was explained to me very clearly and prices are relatively fair. From just one visit I can tell these people will be my go to from now on. Talk to Ms Brabson she’s the best ever.

I immediately walked in there and said I needed a wheel alignment before they agreed they told me all the information I needed and what did I and didn’t have fixed on the car yet. So they’ll inform you on anything that’s needed including advice before going through with any service. If you need family feeling service, this is definitely the place.

The service here is amazing - my car died and because I had jury duty the same week, they met me on a day the shop was closed to accommodate the only time I could have the car towed. They figured out the issue, fixed it quickly, charged fairly, and were transparent about the process all the way through. I’ll definitely be bringing my car back for service and would happily recommend anyone to go here!

They are very personable at Brabson's. They're efficient and honest. Some folks try to do work unnecessarily. My son thought his brakes were going bad; the mechanic checked it out & 15 minutes later called & said come pick it up. Nothing wrong with the brakes. When I find integrity like this, I keep coming back. And u recommend them to everyone.

I love this place because #1 they’re Christian oriented and #2 they treat you like family. Mrs. Nicole went out of her way to help me with passing my Uber inspection so that I can stay on the road. The problem was diagnosed and I was able to get it taken care of same day.
