Fantastic service! The owner did a full inspection on a car I was looking to purchase and caught several issues. I was impressed with the level of detail he went over the vehicle and the customer service was top notch. Highly recommend!

"Absolutely abysmal experience at this car shop. The staff were unprofessional and appeared to have no knowledge of proper car maintenance. It felt like they were making up solutions as they went along. The service was outrageously overpriced for the subpar results. My vehicle came out in worse condition than when I brought it in - talk about adding insult to injury! Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs."

Aquí se llama y nunca contestan el Cell . El servicio es pésimo y la educación es muy pobre . Tiene puesto online que trabajan 24 hrs y es mentira . Legué al taller y está cerrado . Este taller tiene mal aspecto y se mi deprimente !

Making a fifteen hour journey with a baby is difficult enough, having car trouble part of the way through is nightmare level. I started having issues outside of Bozeman on a Sunday and, though it was a struggle to find anyone open to assist, I am so grateful it ended up being Bozeman Same Day Auto Repair. Andrew was incredible, helpful, and communicative. He made a stressful situation so much easier and his willingness to share every step of the process was informative and definitely made me feel like he was being completely honest and trustworthy. Hopefully, I'm never in the position where it's necessary again, but if you need emergency help - this is the place to call!

My wife was traveling from Wyoming back to Washington and had some concerns about the car on the way. She stopped here and I'm so glad they were the place she decided to go. She was treated fairly and they gave her options and opinions without trying to sell her a bunch of unnecessary services. She ended up not needing any work done immediately and he was happy to let her take a picture of the code so our regular mechanic in Washington could take a look and see if it was still giving the same code.

This place should be called “one of these Days Bozeman Auto reviews” I had a truly awful experience at Same-Day Auto, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. In my two decades of dealing with auto repair places, this has been the worst. Despite their glowing five-star reviews(only four total this was my mistake probably their relatives writing reviews) my experience was far from satisfactory. I initially brought my car in for what I thought would be a simple fix. They assured me they could have it done by Thursday, but the timeline kept shifting. It went from Friday morning to Friday afternoon, then Friday night, and finally Saturday morning at 12 PM. Then they promised to call back on two hours and never never followed up as promised and left my car unlocked outside their closed shop on Saturday evening without notifying me that they were closing, leaving me stranded until Monday. We told them we needed our car and they closed and just left us on the dark. Your voicemail is full. They never answer the phone. It's literally the worst Company I've ever dealt with. What's worse, when I confronted them about the delays, they blamed me for being demanding and brushed off their lack of professionalism. He told me that the 35 other people have to get their cars than two then why in the world did he tell me you can get it done in a day he literally took my muffler apart, spare tire hanging car unlocked and keys locked in the store. Moreover, the appearance of the place doesn't inspire confidence in their expertise. All in all, Same-Day Auto has proven to be an untrustworthy and disorganized dealership, and I urge others to think twice before considering their services. Should probably rename it to "One of these day Bozeman repair"

Efficient, patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and very fair. He listens very carefully to the customer. Takes the time to explain and point out the issues and solutions. I trust him totally. It is a one mechanic and his wife operation, so be patient and persistent when contacting them.
