Amazing amazing service!! At school in Bozeman 2500 miles from home and got rear ended within my first month of being in Montana. The car is registered in my father’s name, so dealing with insurance and everything was very complicated from the perspective of someone who knows little about cars or how insurance really works at all. Bozeman Auto Body made this very easy! They called my Dad (big car guy) and explained everything, and helped me figure out how to file a claim and make sure I wasn’t paying for any of the damage myself. On top of actually fixing the damage caused by the accident (which they did pristinely), they also vacuumed my floor mats without any question, and while test driving it realized the compass was off and attempted to fix that too! (The compass has been broken since the vehicle has existed in my possession, but it’s the thought that counts!) As a college student, I do not have the funds to currently fix my dented fender or broken mirror, but if/when I do, I will 100% be returning to Bozeman Auto Body. They went above and beyond and I can tell they care!

I stopped in to ask for a quote to fix a chip in the paint of my car. When they came out to take a look at it they thought it might be transfer (and not a chip) and offered to buff it. The spot came right out and they wouldn’t accept any money from me. They were incredibly nice. I’d absolutely go back again if I need a quote or work done on my car. Thank you Bozeman Auto Body for being so helpful and kind.

I was shocked how quickly they were able to fix my car after I had been rear-ended by a motorcycle. Brenda at the front desk made the entire process much easier than I had expected, and she is so fun to chat with! Martin was quick to review and provide an estimate to the at-fault party's insurance, and I am highly satisfied with the repair. A+ highly recommended.

Best body shop in the Gallatin Valley. Extremely communicative and very knowledgeable. They've been around a while, so they can help point you towards trusty mechanic to help with other issues as well. 10/10 experience, will definitely return should I need anything else!

Bozeman Auto Body is hands down the best body work shop I have ever worked with. I initially had my front bumper replaced and retouched after an incident, and working with them and my insurance was nothing short of amazing. About 6 months later I had an issue with one of the pieces of the bumper that was replaced. After stopping in, within 10 minutes, they had my vehicle looked over, ordered the parts, and scheduled me a week out to fix it FREE of charge. Ryan, the owner even bought me lunch after I waited a little longer than they had estimated it would take. Absolutely impeccable work and service.

Wow, what a great experience!! I first visited a different repair shop, but was a little turned off by a gravel parking lot, which seemed like a bad idea for company that does car painting. As it turned out he quoted me 2 and a half times what Bozeman Auto Body did after I had the work done at Bozeman Auto Body. I went to Bozeman Auto Body and was met by Ryan who was having lunch at his desk, but jumped right up to see what I needed. We went outside did a walk around and pictures. Ryan asked if I could wait a few minutes while he did a quote. Five minutes later he quoted a price and said he could get the parts in a few days. I said let’s do it and then 3 days later he said he called to say he could do it at my convenience. I dropped the car off and in just a few hours it was done and looks perfect. Not only were they quick and professional, he charged me almost 20% less than quoted.

Bozeman Auto Body took care of my car after a deer ran into me. They were fast with a quote and got me scheduled. They did a wonderful job and are always good about explaining things. I chose Bozeman Auto Body as my repair shop through State Farm after a collission with a deer. Getting in for an estimate was easy and quick, and once my appointment rolled around my car was only in for 4 days for them to complete the repairs. Brenda at the front desk was always easy to get a hold of and very helpful, and the whole crew is courteous and friendly. They took care of everything through insurance. My car looked good as new after repairs and came back to me cleaner than it was when I left it with them with their included detail after repairs. I would recommend Bozeman Auto Body.

Martin took the time to write out a full, detailed estimate for a car that he deemed not smart to salvage because it would help my Dad (and me) emotionally come to a decision to let a beloved car go. (If you don't get emotionally attached to cars, do you even have a soul?!) He also saw major issues two other shops had missed. And maybe most importantly, he shot me straight on advising not to fix the car even though it would mean he had taken photos and written up an estimate without getting any work out of it. Will definitely use them in the future should the need arise.

Ended up hitting a deer in November. Was originally told it wouldn't be ready till 1/17/23. I was surprised when I received a call on 12/23/22 that my vehicle was finished. They did wonderful work and will go back if I ever need to. Thank you so much!

I could not be more impressed with this business. Martin was so kind and professional. I had a repair done on the roof of my car and the work they did here is amazing. Wouldnt let me drop my car off for an estimate without having me tow it away, even though it runs. I'm not trying to break something else that would cost more to fix so I needed to have the car towed to the shop... The shop I HAD planned to use after paying for a friend's repair earlier this year.

Had an small exhaust leak going through town! Stopped by and asked if they could help us out so we could get back on the road. Within 10 minutes they had us up and running, service with a smile! Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.

I am overjoyed at how the body work turned out and they just went above and beyond. Before I took it in to them a plastic piece on my windshield flew off and broke another piece while going down the road on a windy day and what I needed fixed was not even that so logically that would have been left alone and they would have just worked on my fender. But no! They fixed it for me and didn’t add any extra charge for it, I think they replaced the whole piece. I was going to buy that myself and fix it which would have been $200 dollars to do myself. I am so happy, thankful, and grateful. Will go here for all future car body work. 15/10 stars

When I brought my car in after somebody had backed into it, when I went to get my estimate alone they were already telling me about the damages and giving me the things that they thought I would need fixed. They were very thorough and give me an estimate in a fairly good time frame. They were able to get me in within two weeks of when I went to get the estimate as well, which was huge. They give me an accurate time estimate for how long they would need my car and they did an amazing job with it. Anything they missed, I brought it back in and they made sure that everything was all right. Not only that, but this was probably the cleanest out of body shop I've seen in Bozeman. It's very organized and very well kept! Definitely coming back here if I ever need more work done!
