I had an amazing experience at Boyd's. These ratings speak for themselves. My family has been burned by so many Columbus mechanics that I was losing faith I'd ever find an honest shop! They were very professional, friendly and kind. They have an invoice system I've never seen at any other shops—they send a link to you breaking down the cost of each repair, along with supporting photographs so you can see the issues for yourself. I really appreciated this. They were also very timely. Our car was finished up exactly when they said it would be, and they were happy to provide us with updates via text message as well. Their hours are convenient and they're open later than most shops. I believe we spoke with Dave for the most part, but every employee we interacted with was just as knowledgeable and polite. Their pricing was competitive and I spent much less than I was expecting. Will definitely be coming back!

Great until checkout. No one reviewed services i was told summary would be sent to my email,this has not been sent. It makes more sense to review in person when we are there and can ask any questions.

We’ve had Boyd’s take care of our cars for over 30 years. They always provide superb service at fair prices. While we take our Hyundai Santa Fe to the dealer for any warranty service, we always go to Boyd’s for routine maintenance.

I trust Boyd. This is the best place to get your car examined and all internal work completed. I’ve gotten anything from tires to exhaust work to general maintenance and I can tell you that the staff does an excellent job. The thing I like best is that Larry and his team, give you a honest evaluation and only fix what needs to be fixed at a reasonable price. If you need some thing, this is the place to go thank you, Boyd.

Been taking my older Q5 to Boyd's for years. They're quick, knowledgeable, very transparent with their billing, and effective. I never feel like I'm being upsold or treated unfairly and have recommended them to friends. Can't really say anything better about a mechanic. Keep up the good work, Boyd's!

I dropped my 2015 Accord off for an oil change. A few hours later, I received a text that the work was complete. Price was as expected including coupon discount. I also received a 37- point inspection report by email showing no additional service required at this time.

I was stressed about the pressure of my tire, and was heading out of town the same day. Unfortunately for me, I had a nail in the tire and needed it batched. The staff got me in with record time, was very accommodating, and super friendly. Will be returning again - 10/10 service!
