I absolutely love the care and attention to detail this shop provides! Brittany was amazing—her phenomenal customer service skills truly stood out. Even though I was stressed and worried about my car troubles, she managed to cheer me up with her humor and kindness, making the experience much more comforting. The continuous updates were fantastic! Being able to receive updates via text was a huge help, as it allowed me to go about my day without worrying about missing a call. Their website is also super user-friendly, giving me a clear breakdown of charges and showing detailed photos of the damages/issues with my car. It gave me full transparency and peace of mind. On top of all this, they managed to get my car fixed the same day! Their efficiency and professionalism exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this shop—10/10, they did not disappoint!

With the recent ownership change, except for a couple familiar faces it would be impossible to know any difference in quality of work, attention to issues and values of a great garage. Jimmy was great to see the job thru on the Jag, (which was a large extensive project) from start to finish.

Heaven sent! I had an issue with my vehicle where it started smoking from underneath the hood while I was at a stop light, which just so happened to be in front of the shop. I was able to pull into a spot, everyone came out to check what the issue was, everyone was very welcoming and professional. They almost seemed to know what the issue was immediately. I was informed on what was wrong with the my car and I was updated throughout the whole process, which kept me at ease. My car is running like new now and I cannot be happier!

My car battery died and Jim was extremely helpful getting the situation sorted out and was able to get me in to have it swapped out that same day! It was such a quick and easy process after a stressful start to my day. Definitely recommend coming here!

This was the very worst auto shop I’ve ever been to not only the Mecanic’s don’t know what they are doing but they mark up there prices a 150 percent on parts I payed 1100 dollars they had my car 11 days and it never got fixed what I will say is when I called the owner after threatening the shop manager that I was going to sue there ass so the owner gave me my money back but my car is making noise that sounds Catastrophic that it definitely never made until they worked on it so I give this shop a low rating for the Mecanic’s and manager but 2 thumbs Up for not making me go through the hassle of suing them so they showed Integerty as far as giving me my cash. Back

Took my 1984 Jeep CJ-7 here for the first time with a bunch of random issues. Jim was incredible. He patiently heard me out and made honest, legit recommendations. And of course the quality of the workmanship was spot on as well. This vehicle is my baby and I will go to great lengths to keep it on the road but at the same time I don’t want to be taken advantage of when it comes time to fix things. All it took was this one visit and my trust had already been earned. Rest assured I’ll be going back!

I’ve been going to Bowman’s Garage since Tony took it over a few years back. With their HONEST & QUALITY work at competitive prices, it’s been my go to for my 3 autos. Went in recently to their College location for an oil change & found out they’ve opened a second shop. Makes sense!! Jim, new employee, was Awesome! Professional, friendly and knowledgeable! My experience at Bowman’s was wonderful. Jim was so nice, and very helpful in explaining any problems with my car. I love the app they use to keep you updated on the status of your car which includes pictures of the findings. Overall, I am beyond pleased with my experience and am happy to have found a reliable local garage. I highly recommend Bowman’s!!

You guys fixed my breaks last year , my break master cylinder just recently needs to be fixed so i took it into your shop so you guys can fix it considering you worked on my breaks last year. You guys charged me for a diagnostic check for breaks that you fixed for me a year ago ? My breaks went out on me when getting off the freeway which almost got into a dangerous accident. I have consistently came to you for business which i think i should get the benefit of the doubt considering i have a put a couple thousands dollars in for repairs within the last 2 years.

My car broke down while visiting from LA and the friendly and knowledgeable demeanor of the crew here made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Jim and Tony clearly communicated the timeline, diagnostic results, and pricing and I am so thankful that I found them via google- they definitely deserve all their high-scoring reviews!

The guys were a great help, came in with a few different issues for my car they were able to take care of each of them in a reasonable timeframe from the brakes to the window motor and engine warning. Was in the shop for a while today and during that time frame I got to see how they interacted with their customers, accurate information with none of the extra fluff and fair pricing. Definitely a hidden gem. Thanks for the work guys!
