Mike was a great help in every way! He was very helpful, honest and efficient in getting me an estimate that was reasonably priced. Working with the body work person, found an even better fix for my damage that was even more reasonably priced. Work was done quickly and the fix looked great! Would highly recommend Botta’s auto shop.

I take my car to bottas shop to get it done and they paint it and when the sun is shining on the pain I look terrible I'll take it back to get it fixed two times in the car still look the same

I wish I could give Botta’s ten stars because they are truly deserving. The work itself is top notch. I got into a fender bender that required quite a bit of body work on my car. When I got my car back, I was SHOCKED at how great the repair was - excellent work. Now, a lot of places can do good body work but I have never experienced customer service on par with Botta’s. Mike is a consummate professional from the second he picks up the phone on your first interaction with him, to the minute he hands you your keys after all the work is completed. He kept me informed throughout the process, he was ALWAYS courteous and knowledgeable, and when I say he went above and beyond to help my family - I mean he went above and beyond. We won’t go anywhere else. Fantastic establishment. We briefly met one of the owners when we went to pick up our vehicle and the absolute same applies to her as well - professional, friendly, went above and beyond to help us. Our business will go to Botta’s and we will be sure to tell everyone we know. Thanks for making a stressful experience as streamlined and stress-free as possible, Botta’s. An absolute true gem in our city!

My car window got smashed (a San Francisco classic) and AAA recommended Botta's Auto Body. I talked several time to Mike on the phone because I was not sure when I could come in. He was always very polite, professional and accommodating. When I showed up he walked me through the whole process: what had to be done, how would it be done and how long will it take. Mike took care of all the paperwork with my insurance and all I had to do in the end was show up and pay my deductible. He even took the time to clean the car. Overall it took 5 days to get my car back. I hope that my car won't need Mike's services ever again but I can highly recommend this place and the people.

Went to get an estimate for a collision repair and was on time for my appointment which USAA set up and validated, but they had me wait while they moved 6 cars and then afterwards told me that they could not honor my appointment and to set up another appointment or come back another time. If they were more sympathetic or concerned that I just lost an hour of my life, perhaps I would give them the benefit of the doubt, but all three guys were just jerks. Avoid this place.

I brought my black-colored car in to repair my broken rear trunk window. However, there were about 10 new scratches on the FRONT hood of my car! Some scratches were short and deep, others were as long as 12 inches. I thought that bringing my car to a body shop instead of an auto glass shop would be better. It turns out it's way worse. I was simply asking for some explanation why the front of my car was scratched up when all repair work was in the rear. I received absolutely no explanation, only constant denial, and no apologies whatsoever. I guess they just don't care about new business. I guess they have more business than they need since they're Don's auto body. If anyone wants to see pictures of the scratches, I'm more than happy to post them.

Cary and the crew at Botta's really helped me out with the self-caused damage to my car. I came in on a Friday for an estimate without an appointment (which I didn't know I needed), but Cary still took a look at my car and got a lot of my details. He worked with my insurance to complete all the details, helped me with the drop-off, and kept me updated on the status of the repair. When I got it back, he even tried to clean the water spots from my windows. All-in-all, a great experience and definitely a recommended body shop.
