If you value your time, avoid this place!!! Was here for PM service January 20. Checked in at 11am, was told to come back at 1pm. Did. Was told by another person to come back in few hours. Left my phone# and asked to call me when they are ready for me. Got a call around 5pm to come back. Parked by the bay. Informed them inside that I'm here. Waited again in the truck for a while. Got back inside to check what's going on, lady didn't even approach the desk to explain what to expect and what's going on, instead, asked mechanic to let my truck in the bay. Waited again in the truck for an hour, went back to the lobby to check when they gonna start, because I'm waiting from 11am, and it's 7pm. I had a load to be picked up by 9pm. So she raised her voice at me, that it's not her problem that I have a load to pickup. I asked her not to yell at me, but instead to communicate more with customers about waiting time. Asked to open the bay and left . 8 hours spent there, nothing was done. Bad attitude from the staff /her/ and no service.

Felt a driveline vibration earlier. Stopped at pilot to fill up & check driveshaft. Driveshaft wiggled in place because one of the cups was gone. Bad u-joint. Went next door to the Boss Shop. They did what they could but ended up sending it out to cut off the yoke and weld on a new one. Repair cost me 45 hrs of down time. Manager and lead were very helpful to get me to a hotel and kept me in the loop of the progress. That type of communication is a must have at every shop. Sadly, it is not. Kudos to the crew for taking care of me and my situation as fast as they could.

My oil change cost me here 474$ its including only LABOR and FILTERS the oil i bought with me i dont think this much money is ok for it , even in Freightliner shop they do cheaper than here. (Cascadia 2016)

Driver spend 7h waiting for the brakes to be replaced. After 7h they told us that the technician called sick. Worse shop in Dallas TX.

They charged me 101.90 Dollars and I told them to wash this. So truck drivers don't waste your money by going to these lazy people who don't provide quality service as you have worked very hard to bring your money.

I had a flat tire with no house or no way Mr Norman gave me the most great customer service at the desk as well. Mr. Enrique changed my tire and all the fashion. He didn’t leave any kind of oil or debris inside my vehicle air, my tires up and let me know what I need to do with my PSI need to be on my tires as well. This is the best place to come in Dallas with a friendly customer service. !!!!!! And don’t forget Mr Erin, all he wants to do is play the music and do his job and welcome you with a great smile!!!!!

Well, I woke up to a hot truck in a pilot parking lot. Apparently I’m having some kind of wiring problem with the regeneration system. I look in the rearview mirror and there is the shop :-) I got lucky. General manager, Norman and tech Aaron, got me back on the road in no time at all. Very professional and very knowledgeable. Please avoid this if you care about your money. Landstar owner operator don't come here for inspection specially if you are a person of color avoid this place. They will fail for just a headlight even if you have one spare in the truck and show them. Better go to the TA across the street.

Totally unprofessional workers! I came for just DOT inspection any the said it would be 2 hours wait. 2 hours passed I waited for another 2 hours they kept saying apologies. Now after 5 hours of wait I decided to leave this people needs to respect customers time.

Вообще не ходите туда, у них кривые руки, главное знают как деньги сдирать с вас . Думали они поменяют нам madflap , все криво сделали, я сам лучше делаю чем они.

Mechanics here are very courteous n do not mind answering questions. The young girl at the desk has a very bad attitude but if u are spending your money u want to know wats going on n make sure the part is the right one . U cannot have an attitude when it comes to customers n their money . Would’ve got 5 star rating from me but the attitude she has sucks. I’m sure if she was spending 2000 dollars she would want to know wats going on n more

The shop is now open on Sunday starting June 30. I had a flat this morning and they got me right in and I was on my way in about 1 hour. The front desk ladies were great and I enjoyed a fresh cup of coffee while I waited.

Great guys Norman and Jeremiah are knowing - what they doing, no extra questions nothing pushing, just doing their job, as good as it could be, thank you guys, you making our lives safier on the road, hope all professionals will be like at this place. 1. Did 3 axles alignment 2. Insralled wheel balancers 3. Changed air filter all done in 1h 45mins Thank you tons.

Worst service ever had tire and rim change but mechanic did not put the seal properly whole hub oil leaked from the seal 👎🏼
