Purchased tire protection plan Oct. 2024. Had a flat Jan. 2025. Charged 45 dollars as they interpret the warranty valid if they put a plug in it, not a patch. Nowhere on the warranty does it say that. Was not told prior to them fixing it the limitations of their warranty. Called and talked with manager who told me that that was the way it was and it would do me no good to talk to his manager. Would not provide his name to me. Was told if I came to the office to talk face to face and get his name, then he would call the police on me. He told me he has no manager above him, but is not the owner and it would do me no good to contact the owner because I could not talk to the owner. Finally after I said that he did not care about making anything right with the customer, he finally agreed to give a 25 dollar refund. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Update: after speaking again to the manager after a little bit more chaos, we calmly discussed the situation and I received a full refund and a 50 dollar credit. Truly Bosley"s would benefit from giving more training to their managers to handle situations with valuing the customer during the first conversation, not the 3rd.

Bought 4 new tires in August and needed 2 new Tire Monitor Sensors... shortly after my car indicated I needed a new Tire Monitor Sensor,,, They got me right in and replaced with no charge... Last week my car again indicated I needed a Tire Monitor Sensor,, replaced both rear sensors.... Only question I would have with this visit is in the short distance to drive my car into and out of the garage,, the temperature in my car was turned up to 82°,, fan turned up to 7,, radio station was changed to one I do not listen to and volume turned up also... Now I'm no mechanic or technician,,, but I do not believe those items needed to be changed to do the job on the Tire Monitors.... I can ask my mechanic on my next visit tho....

I wouldn’t even rate them 1 star!! Horrible place to do any business with. They will cut your parts off(WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION OR ADVISING YOU) your vehicles and keep them to make money off them. Don’t even give you back all your original parts they took off either. They won’t own up to the mistakes of their “professional technicians”. Can’t even communicate with them without them hanging up the phone on you. What happened to “YOU, the customer, are our TOP PRIORITY”? Bunch of idiots should be working at Mcdonald’s instead of peoples vehicles and overcharging them. 🤦‍♀️

WILL NOT OWN THEIR MISTAKES. Surveillance is NOT "better than Quiktrip's" surveillance as the manager insisted. I was told my rim was damaged when I brought it in, although I physically carried it inside to drop it off and the dent that was supposedly there prior was difficult to miss. I had too much interaction that morning with the rim and valve stem for it to be as damaged as it was when they showed me in the work bay. The paint on the inside of the rim was damaged, dented and indicated metel on metal strike. They claimed I must have hit something in the road. I told them likely from mishandling on the machine when the tech put the pneumatic device back to its start. The surveillance system is grainy and missing data from when the tire and rim was handled. Service center down the road confirmed it was likely from the mechanical tire changer, they admitted that kind of mistake happens from time to time when a rim is improperly aligned on the machine.

Had upper and lower ball joints put on my truck and got it aligned. Done in a timely manner and to expectations. Drives straight as an arrow. Would recommend especially if you have a lifted truck with oversized tires.

I Give bosley's 5 out of 5.They do a great job 100%. Front end alignments and Rurian alignments. Plus If you buy tires somewhere else, they don't care, They will go ahead and serve you and do a great job for you. They care about their customers. 🙂👍

Pretty much got talked to like trash. I understand they close at 4 pm but here it is 345 pm and I'm calling with a nail in my tire and the guy straight up told me my flat tire didn't matter... "well we're booked up for the day and we can't touch it" literally would have paid double to have it fix even before closing, he hung up on me twice, second time I called back he hung up on me after I asked for a manager. I'll never do business with these people. If your going to hire help like that answering your phones then I guess that's on you. 👍👌 You can keep your trash business Soto tire shop took my business kindly.

had a Tesla wheel and tire that needed replaced Bosley unfortunately didn’t have one, but I found one on marketplace. I brought it in and they swapped my wheel. Cheapest prices ! Both Cornell and Elijah were a great assist with getting the service done. These guys were great definitely recommend Bosley tire pros if I ever need any service done this is where I return.

Don't go to bosley Wichita. They are con artists! Told two different prices for an alignment due to the fact that I replaced parts... Regardless if I replaced parts or not, alignments should cost the same. I knew I'd regret calling you. 109.00 to 139.00 I will never go to you or call again! Hopefully this reaches more people. What a joke! You lost 109.00 which is high, due to greed. Was a toe and go (I replaced my tie rod end). Takes ten minutes to finish...

⚠️ TERRIBLE SERVICE ⚠️ I took my car in for a simple alignment and it is a lowered/ modified vehicle. I was told they could complete the job and have experience working with lowered cars by the Bosley team. When I recieved my vehicle the locking bolts were not securely fasten, my alignment is now off. When contacting the Bosley team about the issue they told me there's no warranty on modified vehicles, but the job wasn't completed in the first place. After asking to speak to the manager multiple times and even talking to him once I recieved being hung up on, and left on hold for a substantial amount of time. Bosley team refuse to co-operate and give the proper service that was payed for. What a waste of $300 Not trust worthy guys, honestly feel scammed, will not be coming back and will be sure to tell automotive community especially the modified side to not bring their vehicles here.

Bosleys on Broadway in Wichita Ks, are very nice people. It’s my new tire store for sure. Very good customer service from all of them and because of that I would definitely recommend. They do great work!!
