I had an excellent experience with Bosch Auto Service! From the start, they were incredibly honest and transparent. As a new customer, they even reduced my diagnostic fee. Initially, I thought I needed a new alternator, but they quickly identified that it was just a simple connection issue with the battery terminal. They also pointed out a few minor issues with my truck, and they fixed those at a very reasonable price. To top it all off, they waived the diagnostic fee entirely! I've never encountered a more honest and friendly auto repair crew. Highly recommend!

Called for a last minute service request and the staff at Bosch Alamo Ranch happily took my vehicle in and did not make me schedule an appt for a later date. They completed my service request on the spot and in under an hour, I was on my way. Very professional and friendly staff. Excellent service! Thank you!

All of my interactions at both Honducar and Bosch Auto were excellent. No stress and no nonsense. I was in a minor accident and was referred to this company, and I’ll definitely be coming back! The overall service was incredible. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. I received updates once, sometimes twice, a week, and they worked seamlessly with my insurance. Thank you to the entire team for your hard work and for providing such an excellent experience! It’s not easy to find top-notch service, but everyone I interacted with here was exceptional and truly on top of their job.

I recommend Bosch Auto Service for anyone needing auto repairs. Very professional they answer all your questions check your vehicle from top to bottom. Jackie is very helpful has never left me with no questions unanswered very polite and professional as well , I rate them with 5 stars definitely ! They provide pictures regarding any repair that needs service in your vehicle . Daniel is outstanding very helpful excellent in customer service and communicating with his clients. I trust this shop and company with my vehicle 100% !
