Chuck Borst Manager on Golf Links understood that we have been having issues with the air conditioning in a 2007 PT Cruiser since last year. The Borst Garage on Swan changed out the complete system of lines and all. He was very polite and kind. He warranted their work as well the parts that were replaced. Everything was completed in a very timely manner. I needed work completed by 1:00 PM and the job was finished an hour early! My tire pressure was adjusted to specs as requested. Everyone was friendly and helpful! I’ll be back!

I've been coming to Borst for several years with a few different vehicles and have received wonderful service and workmanship throughout. When the heater wasn't working properly on my 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 there was no hesitation where to get it checked out. Glad to hear it was just a thermostat issue, I had my truck back the same day. However, the next morning something seemed amiss as the heater still did not seem to work correctly. When I took my truck back to Borst and explained the issue, Don (service advisor) and I actually sat in the cab of the truck so he could see first hand what I was experiencing. He told me straight up, "Don't worry, we'll take care of you." And take care of me they did!! Turns out it was the heater core causing problems and a much larger and complex job than the thermostat. But, true to their word, Borst took on the huge job and replaced the heater core. Then, they went above and beyond anything I've experienced at any automotive repair shop by also replacing the actuators for my ventilation system. It had been clicking for awhile and still worked, but was on its way out. Since they were that far into the job, Don had the actuators replaced also, rather than me having to do such a big job again at some point in the near future. The most fantastic part about all of this is that I only paid for the thermostat replacement the first time. The heater core and ventilation actuators were "Taken care of."... as in No Additional Charges!! I was astounded and at least expected to pay for the actuators since that was not part of the problem, but Don said no, he told me they would take care of me... and they certainly did, waaaayyy more than I expected. I know this a long review, but this kind of service is how all shops should work. I will definitely continue coming to Borst on Golf Links, or any other location if I'm on the road, for all of my vehicle maintenance and repair issues. Oh yeah, almost forgot to mention the complimentary truck wash and wheel cleaning. Thanks again, Don and all the folks at Borst on Golf Links!!

Borst Automotive is a locally owned company. I have switched to them from a huge Corporation that I had been loyal to for over 26 years. Everybody at Borst gives you top rated service, are professional and knowledgeable. They have a shuttle to bring you home. Nicole is very personable! This is my new service provider for my car, and I have already Referred at least 10 people here.

10/10 service every time. Borst has been taking care of my car for close to 3 years. The inspections they give on the vehicle gives you a great insight to what’s happening. Josh the tech that worked on my vehicle did a great job explaining what was going on in the inspection utilizing videos and photos. Chuck was very friendly and formal, he had great communication and organization when talking to me about my car not skipping any detail. I’ll continue to go to and recommend Borst. The free car wash is also nice lol

Borst is the best auto repair company in Tucson, in my opinion. I go to the Golf Links location, and they are honest, helpful, knowledgeable, and their service is top-notch. They take a picture of every problem area on your vehicle (if needed) explain it, and do not try to make you get something done you can't afford, or need. And I know I am never overcharged! I can't say enough good things about their service. And, they have a Shuttle service too! I can highly recommend them with confidence.

Still the BEST!!! We all know how stressful car repairs can be. Lessen the stress by taking your vehicle to Borst Automotive. They have excellent customer service, which definitely relieves your stress right off the bat. The communication is great, they listen to you when you explain what issues you're having with your vehicle and send you text messages as they move forward with the repairs, and contact you if they run across any other unexpected issues while doing the repair. We always receive great service from Borst. They are still our #1 place to go.
