From the first appointment call in to Gary, to the shop's efficient handling of my (unexpected) tow arrival, to the professional take-in from Mark, to the expeditious and spot-on evaluation of my Ram 2500's issues by Arron (the mechanic)... This shop is the Real Deal in every way! Highly recommended.

The work was done efficiently and I was kept informed of any changes, along with photos of the problem. I was asked if I had any discount coupons, which I had, and that got me a nice savings. Since the work on my car was going to take a few hours, I was given a ride home and back to the garage by Anthony, a very pleasant and helpful young man. My car was washed, too, just in time for the monsoon! All staff were pleasant and helpful, the waiting area is clean and well-stocked with snacks and drinks, and I will definitely be making Borst my mechanics of choice.

Today was my first visit definitely not my last!! Gary was amazing. He walked me right through the process so patient explained everything very clearly to me ..As a single female It’s VERY important to be able to take your vehicle Into an establishment and feel secure and that’s exactly how I felt!! Mark and James were so welcoming. I immediately felt at ease!!! I will highly recommend this place to several of my girlfriends We’ve all shared the same sentiment when it comes to finding a spot that you can trust.. this is exactly what this place is !!!! I have found my new spot. Excellent excellent excellent.

Everything here is so smooth. Appts online. Drop off pick up. Ride if you need it. Estimates given. All smooth. Hard to find an honest place that’s for sure. Only complaint was the outside of the auto was cleaned but the drivers floor mat had a ton of dirt?! Not sure where that came from As I had vacuumed the night before. No clue?! Otherwise this place is 100% awesome

All services were done satisfactorily. However, I don't understand why I couldn't wait for an oil change, as I have many times, but was told it would take 2 1/2 hours.
