These guys are great. I took my 2017 Subaru Forester in because of shaking and clunking. I knew it would be an expensive fix, but it turned out to be $500 less than a Subaru dealership would have charged. The 10% veteran discount on labor helps, too. Always friendly, always honest, always timely, and fixed the problem. Thank you, guys!

We had over $1200 in work done a few months ago on a old car belonging to my 16 who is dirt poor. Then the engine light came on for the same issue. We took it back to Borst because there should have been a warranty on their work. Instead they did nothing. They cleared the computer error, said there was no problem and then charge my teenager a service fee! Just to evaluate their own work! way to take advantage of a new driver and not honor your work. I can confidently say I will not be taking my car back to them unless they change their policy or refund my 16 year old for their unethical behavior.

I highly recommend Borst Automotive. They are friendly, through, their office is comfortable and clean, and there's no high pressure sales. They spoke with me with respect, understanding and gave me the time and information I needed to make informed decisions. Their text updates and online status updates also keep you apprised of what they find with your vehicle, complete with photos. My experience was a good one and I'll be back.
