Experts found my issue which ended up being something they couldn't fix. It was the rubber trim around the windshield that was very hard to see. Got it fixed and all is good! They've been able to fix most of my issues and if not they've pointed me in the right direction. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough about the fantastic service I received from Borst Automotive Broadway. While on a cross country trip my dashboard electronic system malfunctioned. Luckily, I was near Borst Automotive and was provided with a quick diagnosis, flexibility in scheduling, and great service at a reasonable price. Everyone I had contact with at Borst Automotive was friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely the best car repair service I have ever had.

I especially appreciate the integrity of the staff at Borst. I needed a new rear window wiper blade, and although they could have replaced it, they actually recommended a way that I could have it done elsewhere in order to save money. They could have charged me a lot more to do it on site. You don't find that kind of honesty and customer care at many businesses. That sort of experience will keep me coming back and also recommending others.

Everyone at Borst Automotive, Mesa were truly amazing. I've spent 11 years in the Auto Industry and I know a good place when I come across one and Borst Automotive is amazing! Whatever your vehicle needs, take it Borst and you'll be 1000000000000000% happy that you did! I found my car's new home for any kind of repairs, that's for sure. Thank you Jonathan! You went above and beyond and I truly appreciate it. Thank you Mitch!!!! and I totally brain-farted remembering the technicians name and I'm sorry for that, but you did an excellent job fixing my car. The whole staff here at Borst truly cares about you and your vehicle and it shows. That's kinda rare these days with the "instant gratification" society we live in. I NEVER, EVER leave online comments. To be honest, this is my first one I've ever written, but the crew at Borst Broadway, Mesa have earned 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I would have given more ⭐️'s if possible, but 5 is all I could give. This is now my go-to shop. Even with all the contact's I have in the auto industry, these guys are my go,to's!! Let me start by saying this review is NOT sour grapes, BUT........ I got two requests from Borst Mesa requesting a review of my most recent visit to their shop. This time, me giving them 2 stars is very generous of me, and I've told them they didn't want my review of their work this time, but when they sent a second request, oh well. So...... I took my 99 Chevy pickup in, at 7:30 AM for a stumbling idle, and poor fuel mileage. It had been showing a P0420 code (bank 1 converter issues), but not locking it in, for maybe a week or ten days, which I told their write up man, I also told him the truck had the original cats on it, so far as I knew, and that the NOX readings from yearly emission checks had been steadily rising, until it failed last time. That's a lot of good info for any......well almost any, good mechanic (oh, sorry, they aren't mechanics anymore, they're "techs" nowadays) to get a start with. I took their very considerate ride home, knowing that in an hour or so I'd get a call, advising me they had found the problem, and should they continue getting it taken care of. Guess again!.. Around 3 PM I got a call that my pickup was ready, so my wife took me down to get it, just knowing it was going to be running great because they had found, and addressed, the problem. Man was I ever wrong!! My rear shocks should be replaced, I had an o-ring leaking a small amount of oil around where the dipstick tube went into the crankcase, the seal on my oil cap didn't seat well, and there MAY have been a small vacuum leak on a hardened rubber hose going into the intake manifold. BUT....."we couldn't get it to throw a code, so we weren't able to check that". If you look up to the top of this, I had told them what the code was, so why not look in the area of issues that would cause this? I asked about the voltage on the O2 sensors in the exhaust system, because I just knew they would have looked at that early on in their troubleshooting. "We didn't check that voltage." When I started asking questions about why they hadn't addressed the issues I brought it in for, they sent out the young guy that had worked on it. Nice enough guy, and he had worked hard to fix the o-ring, the oil cap seal, and something else that I've forgotten, but the pickup still idles poor and likely won't pass the coming emissions test. Bottom line here is that after spending $191.30, they never quite got around to the issues I asked them to correct. I'm sure their story will be different, but my tale is as accurate as I can make it. Borst has in the past done some satisfactory work on this pickup, but this time they flat out blew it big time, so it's not likely I'll be going back. I won't make any stupid comments about them, but I'm not happy with their last work, at all.

They did a great job with the vehicle but the communication as to how long they would have the vehicle was very poor. I realize their phones were down for a bit that day but when they call to tell you they need to change all the fluids at 9:45 AM they should have told us they would need the vehicle all day. When I called to check at 1:00 they said another 1-1 1/4 hours which ended up being 4:30 not 2:15. Very inconvenient when you are waiting all day for your car to be done.

I had my car towed after hours to their parking lot. The staff was friendly, professional and most importantly, competent. They diagnosed the problem and made the repairs within a day. This was important because I had to leave town the next day. They are not cut-rate, but fairly priced. Highly recommend.
