The best. My "new" 68 Bus was in sad shape, especially after a bad mechanic worked on it. Bob has a great way to teach one about what he will do, possibly, and what to expect. Then he asks you to come back after he determines what is happening and what he will do. He showed me the parts and what was wrong. I am so happy he fixed my Bus. The engine purrs, well sort of. It's a 68 Bus. Excellent work and extremely reasonable prices.

I went to Bob's Bug Barn to see if he had a used door to replace my beyond repair Beetle door. He had a lot of doors and took the time to check each one to make sure I got a good one that didn't have too much play in the hinges and that it was a good solid door. He then washed it prior to giving it to me. He could have pointed at the doors and told me to pick one (I wouldn't have checked the hinges, etc.). He is a real down to earth guy that is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and has very fair prices.
