Brought my BMW in here for power issues. At first they told me they would look at it. After arriving they tried to turn me away but ended up having me leave it at their shop. when I brought it in, it was drivable and their specialist had to look at it. left it for 3 days and had it returned to me "dead" they didn't charge me for labor and even paid for a tow. Clearly mishandled and not knowledgeable on what they did. They replaced a cam shaft sensor and spark plugs. Both of the replacements were faulty and after my own research and work on the car I changed it myself and the car is up and running again. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. clueless workers...

Got towed here by jets towing (shout out to the tow guy Terrence)after my car wouldnt start. I was here for a bit but the work got done. Got charged 50 bucks for a check up and I was on my way. Would come back in the future.

Great place.I was told I needed an alternator replaced by AAA when they replaced dead battery. They tested at Bobby’s and told me it was fine. They are honest garage! They will get my business from now on.

I came here for rear brake pads replacement these guys are very honest they check and told me my brake pads r good don’t need to replaced and I have issue noise and these guys solved my issue.i recommend Bobby’s auto.

I went in with my car. They did the job and messed up my radiator fan. I had to fix it myself. Also the prices are overpriced. They charged me $150 for a job my mechanic told me $50. My mechanic wasn’t open so I had to go to them. Worst place ever. They definitely know how to talk out their a$$ half the issues they mentioned weren’t even present on my car. Needless to say I will NOT be going there again. Edit: Of course you guys don't have me listed as a customer, you guys only accept cash as payment 🙄. Such a scummy business... Smh

They changed all four of my tires and balanced it very quick and great. Also this was my second wheel alignment here and they took their time and got it accurate! The best part is they work late and I never have time to come, which is amazing! Thank you Bobby auto!!
