The wife just got a new (used...new to us) Challanger. Bobby nem got this lil v6 sounding like a real muscle car. I had them put some Flows on her. She sounds like sumn now!!! Also...I was in there a lil less than an hour...AND THE PRICE IS UNBEATABLE!!!! Great customer service...everyone was nice and personable. I highly recommend this establishment!!!!

Went for a muffler delete today. Awesome and quick service(20 minutes max they took). Guy that did the job was really cool and friendly, same as the lady at the front desk. Very recommended place to go make your car sound cooler and better.

A gem of a business here in Denton, Texas. Good people, they listened to my concern about my truck and understood what I was jabbering about, seriously. They took my truck back into their shop and diagnosed the problem. They told me what parts to get from the dealership I returned the following day with the parts, problem solved.

I had a great experience. Took my car in and explained to Noah the problem. He was able to give me a rough estimate of time and pricing before hand so I knew what to expect. On the day of, Mickie welcomed me in and answered all my questions. Great employees, service, and experience. Would highly recommend.

I was recommended by a highly recommended long time local mechanic shop to get my 20 year old Tundra’s new tires aligned. In addition to the new alignment the mechanic fixed my tilt wheel. It had been stuck in the highest tilt position for over 5 years. I had several highly advertised local shops including the dealership tell me that I needed to have the entire steering column replaced. Each shop quoted me several hundred dollars cost. But Brody did the deed by just “jiggling it a bit”! I believe I have found my Muffler, Brake and Alignment shop go to.

Five Stars!!! It's always been said to get a second opinion when it comes to vehicle repairs. Gentry's was that second opinion, (blessing) for me. The first opinion told me I needed an exhaust replacement, and gave me a sticker shock quote. Gentry's, who specializes in this type of work, was able to do a repair to a leak, saving me a lot of money and time. I walked in, explained my issue, and the guys (with amazing customer service) got me right in. They completed the work in under an hour, and were so humble they would not accept my offer to tip. I highly recommend Bobby Gentry's Muffler & Brakes, especially to ladies. They did an excellent job!!✨😊

I took my truck to Bobby Gentry's to have catalytic converters installed. Everything seemed fine until later my truck was showing a O2 sensor code. I got under there to check it out and found they left the wire laying on the forward drive shaft damaging it. I thought it a mistake until I drove my brother's truck which was just picked it up from Bobby Gentrys after having the front end replaced. I was hearing a metal scraping sound like the brake pads were gone. After inspection, I found the top bolt on the left brake caliper mounting bracket and the lower bolt of the right brake caliper mounting bracket were left out allowing the caliper to flip out of place when the brakes were applied and scrape the inside of the rim. Oddly enough now my truck is throwing a catalytic converter code. I wonder what I will find when I pull them.

If you live in the Denton area, and are not taking your vehicle to Bobby Gentry's for brakes, steering, suspension, or exhaust work, you are doing a disservice to your vehicle. I bought my truck CPO from a Ford dealer in 2016. From day one it had a low rattle constantly while driving. The dealer said it needed struts & strut mounts. I replaced those and the noise was still there. One Firestone told me it needed both lower ball joints and both upper control arms. I did not replace those. Another Firestone told me the ball joints were fine but it needed cab mounts. I did not replace those either. A few months ago I took it to Bobby Gentry’s to get my warped rotors replaced. After the test drive, Bobby told me the noise was from the sway bar end links. So I took it there today to get those replaced and what do you know? $300 later, the noise is gone. So it didn’t need struts & mounts. It didn’t need all ball joints and control arms. It didn’t need cab mounts. It just needed sway bar end links. And Bobby diagnosed that on his 5 minute test drive. There’s a reason Bobby Gentry’s has been in business for over 40 years. A true honest, professional, and qualified repair shop.

Amazing customer service and experience. All the staff are super friendly, and very informative. I got to meet the owner Bobby too. He was very knowledgeable and honest about all that was going on with my car. We got down to the bottom and got everything taken care of. Prices was extremely good too. Other places were gonna cost me $350 for what I needed and they only charged me 235 and some change. For the parts and labor. I have a lot respect for places like this and I highly recommend them. Best of all while talking to the front desk worker Mickie, she told me they do free diagnostic checks. I definitely will be back!

Can't say enough about this place, it came highly recommended and they did not disappoint, just had exhaust work done on my sons 1977 F250 and they did a great job and price was extremely fair, they just gained a customer going forward.

f you're looking for a competent muffler shop to do basic welding services, this is NOT the place for you to go. After my first visit with them to have my exhaust done, their own weld spot brakes. I then take it back to them to fix, and the fixed spot brakes again. At this point considering they haven't charged me for fixing their mistake they've made, it happens again. I still don't mind going back to them because they take care of me each time. Finally I arrive at the visit today with the same issue of their work breaking I am being forced to pay for the problems they have created. Upon paying for the service, the welder comes out of the shop upset with me trying to convince me that because i have "modified my exhaust" (their work). Its now my problem. I do not recommend anyone to do business with them.

Absolutely blown away by this place. I took my F150 there for a muffler and resonator delete, it was a bit too loud, brought it back a couple hours later, quieted it down…pretty sure Bobby himself welded the resonator back on. Spectacular service, my truck sounds and looks great. Will always recommend.

Only place in town that’ll do an alignment on a lowered car. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Nice clean shop. Pretty sure they went above and beyond and fixed my exhaust rattle too
