Called them about a flat. I was on opposite side of the block from them. Called at noon. They asked me too drive there instead of them sending a truck too repair me. Told me they were open till 5 pm. I got there at 3 p.m. and they were closed already for day. No one was there. Thanks a lot for nothing.

These guys got me in, evaluated my trailer tires and fit a new one in less than 45 min. It was an inside rear. Company truck so I cant speak to price but nice people, good service.

This is the kind of service you want to refer! We had been referred to the Goodyear around the corner for service in a leaking motor home tire. They were great, but didn’t have the equipment to work on our large tire, and sent us to Bob Sumeral. We called ahead to confirm they could work on it, and drove over, expecting to drop it off and return at some point to pick it up. The guys immediately waved us into a bay, and diagnosed it as a likely valve stem problem. They had the tire off, fixed, and back on our rig in 15 minutes, and checked all of the other tires and valves to head off any future problems. They replaced valve covers on two additional tires. After such amazing service, and assuring us the tire was perfectly safe for a long upcoming trip, they didn’t charge us a dime. The guys were friendly, reassuring, and very professional.
