Excellent service! Gary has taken care of my car since I purchased it over two years ago. On two separate occasions, I had unexpected issues (coolant light, punctured tire) and he fit me into the schedule on short notice and had me back on the road. Despite juggling multiple customers and requests, Gary knows the details of my car, discusses any recommendations, and always gives me peace of mind. Thank you!

Should have read these reviews and saved myself a phone call. The scheduler I spoke to was rude, distracted, and clearly not interested in earning any new business. Going elsewhere.

For purchasing a premium car, one would expect customer service that matches. I’ve NEVER had a great experience at this service center. Making an appointment is absolutely futile. For a 10am oil change appointment, it’s now past 130pm and still waiting. This is not a one off either. It’s every. single. time. We have to drive an hour to and from this service center & it’s cause to explore other manufacturers when we’re on the hunt for another vehicle again.

Avoid this business at all cost. I was told my transmission needed to be replaced for a price tag of $8,000. I took it to a different mechanic for a second opinion, and it ended up being a $200 fix for a sensor. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Dropped my BMW i3 off after-hours on Tuesday night and Wednesday morning before 10am it was ready for pickup. Prompt, professional, and easy. Special thanks to Darshaun who went above and beyond. Props to the dealership for working hard to provide a safe environment during COVID-19. Service advisor made a point to apply hand sanitizer before touching my key, paperwork, and receipt. 10/10
