After 3 months of not getting any answers, I drove my car there but had to have it towed to another place, the motor is shot on my vehicle, timing chain has teeth missing among other parts that didn't need to be touched, the place I have it at now says it looks like it was deliberate, it would cost $2,700 to fix it & I'm not doing that, it will be sold for junk now. It breaks my heart to have to try & cope with this, I've used them for years but no more.

Don’t get me wrong they’re a nice company and all and family ran. I needed warranty work done, my transmission went out.. they were just hard to get to reach out to my warranty. I think I hounded them to get it done.. my warranty was getting fed up too with calls not being answered and lack of communication. My car sat for like 3 weeks before even reaching out to my warranty and the job took 2 months. They just kept saying they’re busy.. I just think If that’s case stop taking so many vehicles. I would recommend for easy quick work but as long as you’re not in a rush to get your vehicle back.

Greg Fricke, owner and operator, has found solutions for several problems over the years for us. These were issues that left other mechanics baffled. We drive to Asheboro from Greensboro now for his skill and knowledge.

Greg makes this place first rate. He gives it a small town welcome feeling, often knowing his customers on a first name basis and is never too busy to look at something real quick. His prices are competitive and his work first class! I've lived in Greensboro, Winston and now Denton and don't think twice about driving or towing the distance. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!!!

They are the best people in Asheboro if you want something done right ask for bobby Dalton he will stop what he's doing and help you. He's a hard worker and the other guys are also they treat you like family ❤️

I’ve been taking my car to this place for years. They are the only mechanics I trust not to rip me off. I live in High Point now and I’m still taking my car to them for any major repairs. Bottom line - they are great people doing quality work at a fair price 💜

after over 6 weeks and being told at least 4 times he'd have it for me and not having it for me, i finally got it back and all that it needed was a switch. hopefully it's right. he was my guy but i'll have to look now for someone more dependable.
