I will say I picked Blue Ridge bc they worked with the company that warranties my car. I am SO glad I did. First, these guys are super nice. Their customer service and hospitality could not have been better. I picked the car up two days ago and Chris just texted me asking how it was driving. That's going above and beyond I'm my book. Second, they did a great job replacing my transmission. Pretty important part of the car! They made sure the parts were correct and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. I cant imagine dealing with the warranty company is much fun either. Good thing I didn't have to. They handled them from start to finish. Experience was great overall. It is absolutely worth dealing with buckhead traffic to get to them, and that's saying a lot!! But I won't be taking any of my vehicles anywhere else again. Thanks guys!

Customer service at its best! Chris was very patient and professional. I had to leave my car overnight and they provided a ride to and from the repair shop which was so helpful. Easy location for in town car repairs. I will be going there for my car needs!

Hands down and by far the best mechanic shop and experience one can have given the already painful and expensive engine issue. Blue Ridge, Ed and team worked everyday with my useless extended warranty company and spent hours on the phone with me and the warranty company for couple of months. Finally, after Edward at BRA was finally able to get the adjuster to approve the parts they worked after hours to get my engine repaired and put back together. They quality assured my engine was in working order and had me out the door in less than 15 mins. I will use them going forward and recommend them to anyone. Thanks Blue Ridge Automotive!

I brought my 2012 Mini Cooper here to have the brakes replaced. They did a full inspection on my car and sent me pics of other issues with the car. They were very transparent and honest and didnt pressure me to purchase unnecessary services. Thomas and Edward were extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back.

My old mechanic retired and I was told that I should try these guys; specifically that I could trust what they told me. They ran diagnostics on my truck and told me what needed to be addressed immediately and what could wait. Chris was my point of contact and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process.

Chris and Edward did an amazing job looking into the issues i was having with my Mustang Mach E. They were able to communicate all the issues they were seeing and provide the proper information to my warranty company.
