I got a problem with my car and I explained to mr Roque that I took the car to the dealership and they did a diagnostic and I have to pay a lot of money to repair the car, mr Roque told me don't worry bring me the car and don't trust on dealers they always want to get everything from you, mr Roque did the job and I save a lot of money.

Editing down to 1 star due to having to take it back within 1 week and still having problems. Here we are 8 months later and my brakes went out while driving. Took it to another shop and they found extensive damage due to the improper job they did not once but twice. They refuse to make whole due to not taking it back for them to screw up the 3rd time. I wont risk even more damage then they have already done

Great customer service and efficient! I went to Blue Flame to get my passenger side front tire checked. I'm glad I made it there by the grace of God because my tire was almost flat. They took out the nail in my tire and put a plug in it in less than 20 minutes. 😊 Will definitely go back from any repairs that is needed for my car.

Took my in-law’s car in because it had a nail in it. They told me one of the lug nuts was on incorrectly which is funny because they are the last ones to take the tire off and put it back on in April of 2024. No one else has touched the tire. My in law’s only put 3k miles on the car since April so there was no reason to do another rotation. They told me since it has been 8 months there was nothing they could do for me. So now we have a stripped lug nut post and can only put three lug nuts on. I can’t say definitely they were the ones to strip it but I can say no one else has touched the tire since they rotated them in April. Also from the way it’s stripped it was done with an air wrench. No way a tire iron could have done it. Draw your own conclusions. So if they take your tires off make sure you check every lug nut before you leave.
