This service is beyond comprehension! They kept our car for three weeks but did not replace the timing chain, which was the main reason we brought it in. At 180,000 miles, they didn’t hear any noise, even though we clearly explained that the car had high-viscosity oil and that the chain was making noise before the oil change. In the end, they took apart half the front of the car, performed only a simple task, and completely ignored the complex job we actually needed. There are no guarantees that the chain won’t break in 1,000–2,000 miles. A total waste of time and money, with no results! We will never go back. Terrible service! UPD: And to top it off, they didn’t even bolt the grille back on! They just set it in place and lost all my bolts! What kind of careless, sloppy service is this? Total disregard for the customer!

My serpentine belt shredded. This is an easy 15 min fix however they had ny car for 6 days... They apparently had to replace my water pump and now my car is overheating. My car has never overheated before. The belt the "fixed" is faulty and i know because the ac works. But my heater doesn't anymore its January.... oh mind you the water punp was replaced on warrenty. But apparently my car is overheating due to a fualty water pump Tammy or whoever is on the phone is extremely rude with a lack of empathy. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Great experience I had a airbag light on my Corvette, the lady's got it in and fixed next day there was a wire connector that was loose they fixed and drove it and no codes or light anymore. Thanks so much I will send any of my friends and car club buds to see you when they want quality work at a great price.

My transmission went out and BLC handled calling and setting up the tow to their shop. Once it arrived, they informed me and informed me on when it was next to go in. Kept me in the loop every step of the way with a quick text. Fast service and they did an amazing job. Highly recommend BLC Complete Automotive. Couldn't see my second review, so I'm editing this first review.... Had my 500 mile transmission rebuild follow up today after work. It was quick and easy with enjoyable conversation while I was waiting. Will be back for future service work needed down the road. Transmission is smoother than when I bought the truck.

My car was previously at a dealership with air-conditioning problems. Apparently the Honda engineers could not figure out what was wrong with my car. BLC was able to give me a honest and accurate description of the issue at hand. BLC saved me over $2000 of unnecessary car repairs. Thanks again for helping me with my Honda accord issues.

Came in to get my water pump looked at as coolant was leaking at a fast pace, told it may be the water pump and needed a quote. Tammy quoted me at about 620 before taxes. Went in the next day (Tuesday)and dropped it off. Got a call Wednesday from Tammy saying I needed a thermostat gasket and oring because they were bad. I asked her if they knew if this was the issue or if it was actually the water pump. Tammy started to get rude and said “well you said you needed the water pump”, I explained that I’m not a mechanic and I would expect they would diagnose the issue before just doing stuff to my car. Tammy then said well it’s not bad but it’s standard procedure to change these when you replace the water pump. I let them do it and are the extra $98 dollars added to my bill. I then spoke to the manager after picking up my car and she explained that Tammy was confused and that my converters were bad and that it got so hot it melted my prongs and that’s why I needed it replaced. I calmly let the manager know I won’t be returning and won’t recommend anyone to this shop. Little did they know my dad is an ASE certified mechanic and ran his own shop for 20+ years. He explained how if my converter was bad that my car wouldn’t go over 30mph and I’d have other issues. He also stated that converters run at 600 degreees and so he doubts they would be able to tell if it was running hotter than it was suppose to. . This shop tried to get me to pay them $2500 to replace the converter which is a fair price, but literally the Chevy dealership I got the car from checked this issue as it’s been a check engine light for over two years. Back then he told tht this issue won’t effect my car and tht it only effects my omissions. This shop will lie straight to your face. They give shops a bad rep. They also noted in my bill ticket that they won’t stand on there work and offer a warranty due to the converter being “melted” unless I pay $2500 for them to fix that issue too. Don’t go to this shop. I’ll pay dealership prices before dealing with liars and horrible customer service. This shop runs very dishonest business practices. I paid my full bill and didn’t ask for a discount… this is an honest review… steer clear of this shop

DOESN'T. STAND BEHIND REPAIRS HIGHER REPAIR COST FOR NO CUSTOMER LOYALTY Tensioner Assembly & Serpentine Belt replaced 12/09/21 within 6 months the Tensioner started rattling. I was unaware at that time that I had even given the mechanic at BLC permission to replace anything but the Serpentine Belt and to do an oil change. Since I was unaware of the repair I was also unaware the Tensioner pulley had a year warranty. Also, the front office staff did not review the invoice with me or notify me of any warranty. Today I was sorting thru repair invoice and looking thru them I noticed I had an invoice from BLC AUTOMOTIVE dated Dec of 2021 with a Tensioner assembly replaced So I called BLC AUTOMOTIVE and spoke with the front office staff who informed me that the parts all had a year warranty and that since the warranty had passed there wasn't anything she could do , no discount she could offer knowing I had just had the same part replaced. She knew me as a frequent customer and remembered me as soon as I called since I serviced my vehicle at this shop for a couple years faithfully and would have thought a kind gesture to offer a discount to have the same part replaced at this shop within 2 years would be the least she could have done for a loyal customer. BLC AUTOMOTIVE is not loyal to their customers and must not care if we take our repairs elsewhere. THANK YOU BLC AUTOMOTIVE!!!

Our quick family weekend getaway came to a abrupt halt when we struck an Armadillo on I-95 and our car went in reduced power mode. BLC Automotive was able to see us the next day and diagnose the problem and order the part we needed. It was a holiday weekend and once they received the part on the following Monday, they were able to fix the damage and we left on time for home! A great staff and they did not try to price gouge! If we didn't live in South Carolina I would bring all my vehicles to them!! Can't thank yall enough!!

This place was amazing! Not only did they fit me in and figure out my vehicle issue, the service was well over 100%! They were super fast, super helpful and even gave me info that my.insirance would cover most the repair price! I wouldn't go anywhere else. The customer care and consideration was top notch!!

We have been taking our 5 cars to BLC for over 6 years. We also have them do most of our warranty work on cars. After going to the dealership and getting lied to and bad customer service and finding out BLC can do our warranty work they have been the best!!! Honest, quality work, and not over priced. My daughter took her car into BLC automotive to have the alternator replaced. She had the battery replaced and the alternator tested a few days before and was told that the alternator was "bad".  BLC charged her $386 for the part and labor. Ten days later her car would not start. We took the battery to autozone who told us that the brand new battery was only 36% charged. We left the battery with autozone to be charged. We get the battery back and the car starts. We go back to autozone and have the alternator tested again and it has a "bad" reading. My daughter took the car to another shop to  get another opinion. Again she was told the alternator is bad and needed to be replaced. I called BLC and spoke with the female who answered the phone. She was very rude and told me if we bought the car back to have the alternator checked that it would cost my daughter another $95 because they did not diagnose the car before they replaced the alternator because they replaced the alternator per the customer's request. The next day it stopped working again. We had the car towed to another shop where the BLC alternator tested bad again. We purchased an alternator from Advance Auto and had it put in by this shop. When we got the BLC alternator back we took it to Advance auto. The machine it was tested in gave a "FAILED" reading. BLC are thieves and do bad business. Taking advantage of a young  college student who's doing her best to be successful by working and going to school and it is imperative that she has a safe working vehicle. I didn't want to believe that a business would do this to anyone that is why we had the alternator tested many times. They should be shut down, never to do this to anyone again.

I just last week got my car back after they replaced the engine. I have had so many issues in the past with shops not fixing the problem and trying to tell you something else is wrong . This shop is not like that. They did a really good job and my 2015 chevy cruze runs like a brand new car. They kept me informed with everything that was going on and most off all they fixed exactly what they were supposed to and they have it puuuuring like a baby kitten...You can't even tell the car is on and running its so quiet ..Thank you.They even have me coming back soon for a check-in to double check everything and make sure it is all good still.So far perfect...Thank you BLC...
