I normally come with all the parts I need for my car or I order them to be delivered to them. Their rate is fair and if they can, they will get the job done the same day. I have tried other places and they are the only one that would go to work right away. I'll be back!

Highly recommended, I called them to ask how much would of cost to fix my vehicle, and what a surprise, Mayra is AWESOME, she explained everything to me, She made sure I understood the process from beginning to end, she has great customer service, she even let me speak with the owner Jose Luis to make sure I knew exactly what would take to fix my vehicle. Thank you Mayra for all your help... and Jose Luis, she needs a raise....

Went in because my car’s engine light was on and my blinker lights were not working. A few days later, the mechanic comes back saying that the car is no longer driving and needs more parts. After going back and forth, the mechanic said that he doesn’t have money to buy the part and would like us to pay $2060 in advance. Stupidly we did and 6months goes by while they try “fixing the car”. He calls finally saying it’s fixed. We go in the shop and the car doesn’t move. He said there’s nothing he can do about it and to tow the car away. No apologies, doesn’t give the $2060 back, and doesn’t even pay for the cost of the towing. This shop stole $2060 + towing fees from us and broke our car. Do NOT go to this shop as they’re unreliable and will try to scam you. We are still working on getting this money back and it’s been a month now. It’s been a stressful 7 months because of Blazz Auto. I will get my money back and sue if I have to. Edit to response: We have the receipt to prove the $2060 so I’m not sure where the sudden up-charge of $3K is coming from. And you had the car for 7 MONTHS. What do you mean there wasn’t enough time? Also if we paid for the parts, why are you saying you want the parts back? I’ve never heard of a mechanic shop that puts the correct parts in and wants it all back. One more thing- can you try to explain how our car was able to drive and now it wasn’t driving at all?

Creo que llamarse mecánico es grande para lo que realmente hacen la verdad 150% arrepentido de haber pues mi vehículo en manos inexpertas. Ahí solo algo simple algún cambio de aceitito o unas balatitas. No es taller de mecánica general en donde puedas estar seguro que te cambiaron anillos o pistones no no no

El dueño se porto DEMASIADO CORTANTE 😡apesar k yo sería un cliente nuevo Le llebe mi carro para k me lo checara de algo eléctrico y me dijo k para que me lo pudiera componer tenia ke esperar 5 meses que xk según tiene más carros por enfrente y no los puede saltar En otras palabras NO GASTEN SU TIEMPO EN BENIR AKI
