Had a slow coolant leak in my car for several months. This place sold me a water pump, didn't fix my leak, and then charged me another hour of labor to replace my radiator cap after my coolant leaked out again. Why couldn't they just fix the radiator cap before, I doubt I needed a water pump at this point. I guess they fixed my car eventually, but it definitely felt like some techs laziness ended up costing me way more. Why wouldn't they perform a pressure test when I'm complaining about a leak BEFORE selling me a water pump. Plus their phones were down and I had to communicate with the writer via text. I had a terrible experience here. They're more focused on extracting as much money out of you as they can, rather than fixing your vehicle.

I want to let everybody know about this Dealer don’t ever go buy a car at this place. They have a bunch of crooked people working for the dealer. They tell you one thing you take the car home you having problems with it. they don’t wanna do nothing about it. And the Bad thing about it is a brand new vehicle worthless Dealer 👎🏼

Got the wrong filter for my vehicle, but they made it right by replacing the filter with 2 of the right ones. Friendly folks.

Need work done on my minivan. Called them up told them what was wrong and what needed replaced, scheduled for several days out. Dropped it off on a Wednesday morning, told them I'd be in town waiting for a phone call to pick it up later that day. Call never came. Got tired of waiting and went home. When I called that evening they were almost done with diagnostics. It took all day just to diagnose the problem that I already told them what it was. They claimed there was a second issue with cruise control that I hadn't been aware of, cruise control worked fine with no issues but they claimed there was a code and it was covered by warranty. Then it took until Monday for parts and didn't get it back until the next Friday, it was in the shop for 9 days for a 3 hour job. And when they told me it was ready to be picked up I had to wait an hour for someone to get back from lunch to finish it, after they told me on the phone it was done. It feels rougher to drive now, wish I haven't agreed to the cruise control work. Charged 200/hour for laber, more than my (good) warranty covered. Juan was friendly enough on the phone. Will not be back to that dealership.
