Tyler was a huge help and was able to secure the perfect tire I needed. I called about 10 different shops who couldn’t really help me out like Tyler did so I ended up ordering a full set through him for my car. He priced checked about 5 or 6 different brands and models and gave me honest advice!

I went to Blackstone Tire for an alignment and had a great experience. They got me in and out in under an hour, which was awesome. The staff was really knowledgeable and easygoing, making everything easy. They gave me a great deal on the alignment and even took the time to give me some quotes for tires and a lift without any pushy sales tactics. Overall, the customer service was fantastic. I’ll definitely be going back to them from now on. Highly recommend!

Love this place, always treated with care and don’t try to play games in you just to get a couple extra bucks. Came in with a nail in my truck’s tire and Rob pulled it out and showed me that it hadn’t pierced through, therefore not needing to be plugged. Also got tires on my Miata installed here along with an alignment before a track day, the installer did a fantastic job. Definitely my favorite new locally owned spot in town

Everyone else was trying to charge me 130-180 for an alignment. Blackstone tire did it for 80 bucks. Job was to my needs. I dont know how everyone else has been done but they were cool with me by my standards

Came in for a simple alignment,took 4 times for them to figure out how to straighten my steering wheel,left me worse then how I came in,not satisfied with the work at all won’t be coming back,was never told when I was there rack needed replacing now that’s the issue for the work not being done right?also the guy working on my car didn’t even know what to adjust had to call his boss/co worker to get info on how to do so!boss left frustrated couldn’t own up to his work all around bad service done. I personally had to go outside to “supervise”to make sure they did it right after seeing how it was coming out,going to have to take it to get re alignment and will be posting pictures of it being done right.

If I could leave a ZERO star I would! Had a low tire pressure warning and went by to have it repaired. Was told the tire was fine. Woke up at our campsite this morning with a flat tile. Now our trip to our next spot is delayed by several hours as a result. We could have fixed it when we went in instead of being stranded! Do not do business with these people they are totally irresponsible!!!

Alignment was good but left all 4 of my wheels damaged. I Paid and went to see how they did. They didn't mention anything to me about the damage on all 4 wheels. Told the dude and he said it was my fault for the damage and couldnt do anything about it. Main guy there is terrible at his job

Left me on hold (until I gave up. About 7 minutes) while checking if they had my tires in stock. I went in anyway because of their sign out front that read, "20$ used tires" The offer was strangely specific however, and VERY limited. They didn't end up having my standard 18's in stock, so they sent me down the street to a different shop.

My experience was absolutely amazing! I was greeted by Tyler and welcomed with sincere and outstanding customer service. Tyler was dedicated to going above and beyond to get the best deal. Not only were the parts affordable, but I was not hustled for added services that weren’t needed (like most automotive companies do to make an extra buck). My brakes were inspected and Tyler made sure to inform me of only the services that I needed. While waiting, Tyler made sure to keep my occupied by sharing his background history in automotive service, which was very impressive. My vehicle was treated with quality and care by the technician who serviced my truck. By far, the best customer service I’ve received from an automotive company.

My girlfriend went here for new tires. She had a tire with a leak and the tread was low so we opted for four new tires. Now the low tire pressure light is on. Not sure if it needed to be reset or replaced. It was not an option brought to her. Also she comes home asking me to fix the spare tire in the trunk that the tire shop dis something to it and it was protruding up through the cover. Didn't understand why they would of puled the donut tire out bet maybe there was a tool they needed from it. Not the case at all. They lifted the car up from under the trunk to change the tires and pushed it up. So now the tire sticks up into the trunk space. When I bring the car into them to look at it they deny the damages say they have security footage of the vehicle at the time the work was done. When I ask to see this footage it no longer exists. The owner is rude tells me to get a hammer and bang it out. People make mistakes even trained professionals just own up to it and fix the issue. That's all that was requested. I will never get tires here and I will tell my friends and clients to go elsewhere.

The team at Blackstone Tire are awesome. Great business to have upgrades done to your truck or car. They are super knowledgeable on truck lifts and modifications. I had my truck brake calipers painted red, new grill installed and lighted GMC letters on the grill. The team knows what they are doing and do it with care! I highly recommend Blackstone Tire!
