Recently bought a 2016 honda pilot from driven. Blacksmith is their on-site mechanic. After driving the pilot for a couple days we had a system emissions light come on and the codes came back with and evap leak somewhere in the fuel system. The guys at Blacksmith replaced the fuel pump at no charge to me. Sadly the problem wasn't fixed with that because the light keeps coming back with the same codes. Sometimes things can be hard to fully diagnose and what I appreciate is that Lincoln and the guys at Blacksmith continue to try to figure out where this leak is happening. Doing everything at no cost to me. It can be frustrating having your new used vehicle be at the shop longer than it's been in your drive way but something that helps is having a mechanic who is understanding and continuing to work through it and solve the problem. Their customer service has been awesome and they make this whole thing a lot easier by being cool and keeping at it until the problem gets solved. I appreciate everything they're doing and i am confident this will all get fixed and we can enjoy our new car. I'll provide an updated review once these guys get it figured out. Would recommend anyone to use Blacksmith as a mechanic because the guys there are honest, dependable and don't give up. Even when the problem codes are real head scratchers.

Contacted Nick via the Facebook Marketplace. Found out they had financing with no credit check (Snap Finance: Be advised, you have to make Two payments a month using Snap), and you can pay-off the loan within 100 days interest-free. Nick was informative and assisted me through the whole process. Nick was quick to reply on Marketplace and assisted in finding tires that were comparable to my BF Goodrich A/T K02s that were perfect for my everyday travels, he shared with me the Falken Wildpeak A/T3W, which were nearly $50.00 a tire less than the BFGs. I performed my own research on the Falkens before making a decision. Wow! Great tires! I had them put on new rotors and brake pads as well. My truck no longer has the shimmy when braking. When I arrived at the shop, and was finished signing my document, Nick informed me that it should take two hours, and at two hours my wife called and asked if they were almost finished. I just closed my mouth that I was in the building with the Office, and not in the Shop, the front door opened and Nick handed me my keys. Nick also gave me a military discount. How’s that for professionalism? I would recommend Blacksmith Tire to anyone looking that cannot pay upfront for tires or other items. The ride home was quiet and smooth. Great job guys! Update: The tires hug the curves on the road and do quite well in the snow. I’m almost at my 2nd tire rotation. I still experience no road humming.

Lincoln was great to work with. We purchased a truck from Driven and it obviously had a mechanical issue. Blacksmith made sure the truck was safe for my son. Very flexible, kind and attentive. Thank you, Lincoln!
