Black’s Tire on Capital Blvd listened to issues I was having with my brakes and spent a lot of time trying to trouble shoot the problem. They kept me in the loop throughout the day on their progress. Everyone was professional and polite. I will continue to bring my vehicles to Black’s Tire.

Emma and her team are great. Brought my Class A motorhome in for tires, alignment, oil change for the engine and the generator. Fair prices, done in a timely fashion, professional, courteous service was provided by all involved from mechanic/technician Eric, and counter sales and office administration by Emma, and everybody I came in contact with. I highly recommend this location of Black’s Tire Service…and I will be back. JOB WELL DONE!!!

AVA Trucking Co., has been w/ Black's Tire Service for a number of years, and wish to maintain the relationship. The service at Black's Tire, has proven to be one of the best for my dump trucks. Ps, no complaints on my end, in other words they value there customers.

Blacks Tires is absolutely the best place to have anything done to your vehicle!! From and oil change to the replacement of your tires!! I would recommend them to anyone who has a vehicle need!!

I had a really tough day, which ended with a nail in my tire. They saw me immediately and fixed my car quickly. They were so kind and respectful. I will only take my car there from now on. They made such an improvement in my day, and even week.

I paid $364 for new front tires, then had to return because of a valve stem problem on one of the tires. Now, my sensors don't work and I was told it would be $400 to replace them. I am not happy at all with the service I received when I returned to have the second issue addressed.

Just like every other tire place that offers "free" everything with the purchase of new tires, and then has a caveat to that where they get to charge you for something else every time you take your vehicle there to maintain the tire warranty. Was sold on the impression that tire rotation and balance was included with new tires, only to find out when taking my truck in for the very F'ng first rotate and balance that balance wasn't included and would be $15.99 per tire, plus tax. EXTREMELY disappointing and CAN NOT recommend anyone to get tires here. Go get your tires at Walmart.

Seth Frankoff from Black’s Tire Capital Boulevard in Raleigh is the best. I had a tire blow out on Wednesday evening. He and Charlie came to my rescue. They treated me with the upmost respect and simply were awesome to deal with. I am a fan for life… Respectfully, JFY

They do great work, and I always know I'll get good service for a not-so-expensive price. I may have to get a better grade of tire, though, if I want my car to ride smoother.
