Service they did was good. But... I asked a rotate & balance when I made the appointment with Isaac on Monday. Then clearly marked both rotate AND balance on the night drop key envelope. They did not balance my tires. Also they could improve by just calling and letting me know they were finished.

The company I work for uses blacks tires for tire and auto repairs. They really look out for us, not sure about individual experiences. I showed up there with my company vehicle to see if they could change out a tire for me that kept losing air over time. I showed up at like 5:10 and they close at 5:30 but they had me covered. It's not a 5 star because I'm not really too sure about individual experiences Called in to check on my vehicle and the guy on the other side sounded annoyed, like if I had asked a stupid question, like damn it's just a question, I'm not rushing you!!

Great experience!! Go here for all your auto maintenance needs! I came to Black’s after a recommendation from a fellow Jeep owner. I didn’t know a good place yet since I moved from out of town, and so glad I was referred here. I got an oil change, tired rotation, tire air pressure fix, etc. Thank you So much Isaac and James! Found my new go-to car maintenance place :)

I am very disappointed with the outcome of the service I received from your establishment. I came in for brake services and was given a misdiagnosis. I returned due to issues arising from that service. Then I was told that there had to be even more work performed which cost me an additional four hundred plus dollars. Yet after leaving the establishment there are still issues going on with my brakes. This is after new brake pads, new rotors, new calipers and brake flush. I’m so frustrated with the situation and the customer service on the third visit was horrible. I will not be recommending any friends or family and neither will I ever bring my vehicle back again to be serviced for anything.
