Best automotive shop I’ve come across thus far in Conway. Their high approval rating of 4.7 stars makes sense now! I was struggling to find a rim for my older model car that was no longer producing parts, and instead of sending me somewhere else or trying to upsell me on an entirely new set of rims (which several companies tried to do), one of the leads (unsure if he’s the owner or manager), Mike, told me I didn’t need an entirely new rim and that he could fix the problem simply by adding a new tire. This was a huge relief and was the complete opposite of the unprofessional advice I’d received from other companies. Blacks tire off 544 has mine and my families loyalty for life !

Mike and his staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a good experience today. And did not break my wallet to get it accomplished. My recent experiences at another location left me feeling defeated, and I wasn’t confident in the diagnosis at the time. But unfortunately, I had no other viable options due to the circumstances surrounding what transpired. Moving forward, I will use this location. Mike has restored my confidence in this company and I appreciate him accommodating me and getting my situation taken care of as quickly and efficiently as possible. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a new mechanic/tire shop. They are trustworthy and will get the job done quickly and efficiently. Thank you so much! When I came to you for service for my a/c and a oil change I also ask that the cabin filters be changed one of my main requests when u returned to pickup my vehicle the bill was $456.00 so I thought they changed the cabin filter when I ask he said oh we checked them there good I wanted them changed not checked so your guy can't follow instructions and I think your prices are to high so I won't be returning for service there ever again thank you

Black's Tire`s Location on Hwy 544 in Conway South Carolina are the friendliest people that you will ever meet with. We've trusted Black's Tire for tire's and service on our 2015 Dodge Journey Our 2015 Ram 1500 and Our 2019 Chevy Traverse all three vehicles had new tires installed and we were 💯 satisfied with the price and the service they provided.they aren't in the business of ripping people off or making unnecessary repairs they are 💯 true to thier word honest hard working people and that's hard to find now days..

I received an estimate for my vehicle, but when they did the inspection and work what I needed done was 75% cheaper than the quote. I have been using Blacks Tire for 2 years and they are honest and the communication is great.

I spoke to Mike and told him my problem and he told me how much everything would cost from the part to the labor and taxes. He was very friendly and helpful. I will be going back in the future for regular maintenance and repairs on two of my vehicles. Thank you Mike😊

I told 2 different employees the symptoms my truck had. They said they can work on it. The only thing they said they could not do was take out the transmission to repair it. They reproduced the problem and told me they can’t fix it. Why did I pay for a diagnostic just for you to drive it and say we can’t fix it? Also I was told they would not work on anything else if they could not fix the major issue. I ended paying for an AC repair because they claimed they couldn’t check the pressure without adding Freon. I spent over $300 to have a cold AC in a truck I can’t drive. It’s been 4 weeks now and no one has contacted me.

Service was good. Asked for an alignment along with new wipers. The only problem was that my truck was not perfectly aligned. It likes to slant off to the right still. For the price it was not worth it.
