Communication and service was great. I have a German car and this was my 3rd repair shop. I had an oil leak and needed a tune up. Omar was fast, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service. Because this was the 3rd repair shop I had taken my car to for the same issues I waited a couple weeks before posting. Issues appear to be resolved, I'm very pleased.

Worst experience ever!!! Don't take your car here ever. If you do remember you were WARNED!!! They didn't fix my car and told me told me they tried oh well. Vaun the owner literally told me oh well we tried and no you can't get a refund for the work we did that didn't fix the problem. SMH

Amazing service: both quick and friendly! Gave an extremely reasonable price for a broken window while other shops were charging 2-3x more. Highly recommended!

Had a very positive and professional experience with Omar and his crew. Not only did they give me very good advice, but their price was very reasonable and they got me going in absolutely no time. Black jacks is the best place to take your car for any repair, they explained everything to me, they treated me very well, got the work done in a timely manner and at a phenomenal price. I love having a business like this in my neighborhood! Keep up the great work guys.

The service here was excellent. I didn't feel pressure to use there services. The quote was reasonable and competitive. The customer service was pleasant and respectful. Most importantly, the recommendations for service was accurate.
