Absolutely love this place. My boyfriend and I have taken our car here twice to get some pretty important work done. Tony is amazing! He always makes sure to explain everything thoroughly, as well as give us suggestions on future repairs. The rates here are super reasonable and the repairs are always done with love. Great customer service! I had a slowly leaking tire and limited amount of time. They worked me into their schedule, had the tire repaired in minimum time, and quickly mounted it and returned the spare to the trunk. New to the area, this was my first visit to this small, locally owned business that doesn't try to sell you a new set of tires and a front end alignment. Based on this very favorable first impression, I've found my new car repair shop. Good guys!

These guys are great! This place was recommended by a neighbor after I had received an insane bid from another local shop. They did great work, and their price was about 18% lower than the first quote that I had. The car drives great. I will be back.

The two men who answer the phones,Jimmy & Tony are highly knowlegeable and always very helpful with great people skills, even when I ask ignorant questions! First time visit due to an unknown engine noise. They did an excellent job finding and fixing the source. They also did a thorough inspection on my vehicle that identified several other issues or potential issues on my truck. Had them fix some of the issues while there. When I got home had my regular mechanic look and he verified the raining issues they had identified. Will definitely go to them again when in Colorado springs area.

Friendly enough but the pictures imply they work on vintage cars which they absolutely no longer do. I was told they "do not work on any vehicle with a carburetor".

I CANNOT tell you how much I love this place!!! Everyone is super friendly and patient. They take the time to explain what is wrong with your car and are very straightforward and honest. They don't try to upsell you, which is something I really appreciate. They also treat your car with care, like it's their own car and take the time to make sure everything is right before giving your car back to you. They even went the extra mile and washed my car for me! My family has been using this shop for many years and will continue to. Thank you so much!

My family and I have been bringing our cars here since we moved to Black Forest around 1999. They inspected cars I was looking to buy at 19 and told me which ones were in good condition. Didn't matter that I was buying from another dealership or whatever. They have always had their customers' best interests in mind and price fairly. Thank you for all the years and all the cars!

Thank you to all the guys at Black Forest Auto. My husband has been taking our 99 Chevy Tahoe there for a little while now, and the work is fast, well priced, and great quality. The guys here always called to confirm pricing before doing any job, whether big or small. We've had problems in the past with other mechanics always telling us we don't need to do PMs, but yet it's a 99 Tahoe. Thank you so much to Tony and everyone here. We will always be back to get upgrades. I can say so much more on how great you guys are, but I'll leave it at this.

Always knowledgeable, friendly staff. They have honest and fair prices. Both times we had repairs done, our cars were fixed and returned within the time frame given. Definitely recommend these guys if you are in need of a mechanic.

Great group of people here. I love having a place so close to my house where I feel comfortable taking my car for tuneups and repairs. You can tell they really take pride in what they do. You do need to plan ahead a bit to schedule the appointment, as they are booked out a couple weeks.
